I had full head heavy foils done with Katerina. I am very particular when it comes to my hair so when I saw the end result, I was blown away. She did such an AMAZING job!! I've had many others try and give me full heavy foils, and they have never come close to what a wonderful job Katerina did. She is super sweet and easy to communicate with. She took her time and really did her best to give me what I wanted. You can tell Katerina is trying her hardest and wants you to be pleased. Just tell her what you want and she will listen to you. This was the worst salon experience I have ever encountered. I'm still in disbelief. The stylist was fresh out of beauty school, self-admitted, and she needed help with my color and my cut which was a disaster. But even before that, the shampoo HURT like heck- I yelped and she asked what was wrong and I told her she was hurting me. Two girls worked on my color and the end result was half my head highlighted and the other half lowlighted. My right side was cut almost two inches shorter than my left. I had to have it repaired. The nightmare took almost FOUR hours. Stay away. read more

I went into Vybe on a whim. I moved back to the area about a year ago and haven't found a salon or a stylist I've really liked. I happened to be in the parking lot, really needed a hair cut and saw the "walk ins welcome" sign. I came in, was immediately offer a free drink! I usually hate going to salons so this certainly took that edge off. I was put with Alysha Miller and oh man did I love her. She was so sweet, really listened to what I wanted and helped guide me through what we should do. I felt so comfortable with her working on my hair. I liked her and her work so much, before I left I made an appointment for the next day to do some color on my hair I've always been too scared to do. I've been planning my next visit with her all month and I'm really excited to go back. The salon is super cute and clean. Everyone in there was so nice. I went here with my friend when she got her hair done. I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the woman who did her hair. The next week I called to get scheduled in to see Jessica, who did my friends hair. I got in the same day I called and I LOVED the outcome of my hair. I had boxed dyed brown hair and I wanted a blonde balayage and that's exactly what I got! $110 for color, cut and great conversations! I will definitely be going back! This place is not the worth the time. My stylist was half an hour late even though I had a set appointment. I had asked for subtle, tasteful highlights and I got mustard yellow skunk stripes. When I asked her to break them up since they were too thick and bright she acted as if it was my fault that it was wrong. I felt uncomfortable the whole time, like I was a burden to her. I went here wanting my already highlighted blonde hair to be touched up with the intention of becoming more platinum. After 4 hours I left the salon with roots of golden blonde and my highlights gone! I was very unhappy. The salon was very helpful and worked another 4 hours in trying to correct the issue, but there is no fixing this problem! I have golden roots that no amount of toner will correct because bleach was not used on my hair in the first place! The staff here are wonderful no complaints, but will I go spend money there to get my hair done again... probably not. read more
