I went in person to make my appointment because I wasn't sure which procedure to use: Powder, Microblade, or Tattoo. She recommended Powder for me. So made my appointment. Also, I have chemical sensitivity so I opted out of the numbing cream. She told me others have done it without the numbing cream. In case you wonder, this is what it felt like. During the procedure, it felt like someone lightly scrubbing your skin with a steel wool pad. But I was able to tolerate it. The after is slightly worse, it feels like a light sun burn. But I tolerated it and by the time I got home it wasn't stinging any more. She did say tattoo and microblading were slightly more painful if you don't use numbing cream. I normally don't give 5 stars cuz nobody is perfect but considering that I opted out of the numbing agent and she was as gentle as possible she deserves the 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. And if you want to do as I did and go without numbing agent, well I described it for you, so you decide what you need.

I had sent her dozens of selfies showing how I'd been drawing them for over 20 years and explained that I wanted them exactly like that. She told me that doing them that way didn't flatter my face at all and that she would be remiss in her duties as an "artist". We found a compromise when she drew a thick outline in white. I confirmed that she would be tattooing inside that line only then let her at it. She'd INCLUDED the outline when I saw the first! I was shocked and upset, she panicked (& I think started wiping off my left brow-- that's the only explanation I can think of for how they ended up so mismatched), then finished it quickly and got me out of there with her profuse apologies and a refund. However, she sent aftercare instructions the following day in a long hostile text (a CYA text) with a far fetched story from her point of view explaining that she was blocking me for her mental wellbeing. The most appalling thing? She REMOVED my appointment from Vagaro so I can't leave a review on there. I'm quite upset with her but have zero recourse (due to the many waivers signed beforehand) other than to post this very honest review. I highly recommend you keep looking to save yourself this misery. It is going to cost an arm and a leg to get these "eyebrows" fixed and they're in probably the most visible spot on one's body.
