Even if you don't speak English or understand it that well, you can still smile and have a softer hand in what you do. Additionally they charge for every little thing - crazy! So your "free" mocktail and snack really isn't because of the prices Go for Alex who knows how to make you feel welcomed but don't expect it for the robotic male nail reps

I loooove going to an aesthetically pleasing place but as a germaphobe, cleanness is what matters most to me and it was! They were very welcoming even without an appointment. I got seated for a pedi right away and the owner offered their complimentary drink which was so delicious! I can't remember the gentleman who did my pedi but he did a great job! And Ivy did my French tip nails which looks amazing! I would highly recommend coming here. I can't wait to bring my mom and sister when they visit me. I'll definitely be a regular here. My daughter advised the young lady who did her nails was nice. I did not get my services done as I just couldn't pay someone to be rude to me while getting a service done. I even let the young lady know at the front desk when I was paying that everyone was rude and she laughed! And I sat there and listened to every conversation that was had in Spanish. UNPROFESSIONAL no good customer service at all! Also glad my daughter isn't as fluent as I am in her Spanish as of yet. Also $28 for a gel French tip for a child! I lived in Florida and never paid that much for a gel French manicure. I understand inflation but that's highway robbery. There is a fee they charge for ppl using a credit or debit card, which is actually illegal, but most consumers don't know that. But I paid cash! All in all I Don't recommend and won't be back!

I wanted it trimmed all the way around to my collar bone, NO A-line. He left the underside an inch longer than the top layer on the sides, left side an inch shorter than the right. It's been over two months, it will take another 3 months to get it back to where I wanted it. It will still be multiple layers. Brittany saw my hair & that I was upset, I wasn't charged & she offered to fix it if I came back. There is no way this was a one off for this guy. The manager should have realized he didn't know what he was doing & never allowed him to cut anyone's hair. He said he had been doing this for 21 years. The manager and other stylists had to have been aware of his lack of ability. I have a regular stylist in Kinston, Fantastic Sam's, but it was my birthday, she was on vacation, I wanted my hair cut for the party, sorry I did.
