I like Walgreens because of its fast, accurate pharmacy service. I hadn't been into this store before but it gave me the same fast service that I prefer from its chain. I got my script in ten minutes, despite their being very busy and my being a new customer there. If you're into beauty products, Walgreens is the place to go. They have one of the best selections of cosmetics and it's very well organized. read more

The store itself is fine. The pharmacy is an absolute train wreck. I have been filling prescriptions here for a very long time, and two decades ago they were awesome. For the past year or two, they seem to get worse and worse every month. You cannot request a refill and expect any kind of timeframe for it to be filled. They flat out tell you they have too many prescriptions and can't tell you when it will be ready. Today was just the last straw in dealing with them. I waited four hours after calling this morning for my refills to be ready. I went to pick them up, and they can't even locate one of them so I just left without it. I am transferring everything to CVS. I have no idea if they are any better, but I don't see how they can be any worse. read more

They are the most inefficient pharmacy. Almost as bad as Wayne Pharmacy. They are either understaffed or uninformed of good business processes. read more

This place infuriates me. Started calling at 9 this morning to get my back ordered Rx filled. Was told it would be ready by 1pm, then 3pm, then 3:30p, then 4:15p, then it was waiting to be signed off on by someone in a meeting and they didn't know when it would be ready, so I left. At least they stopped making up ETA's. Needless to say, I haven't taken my daily meds today (super safe) because of this shit show and this will be my last time here. read more

I have been on hold for 10 minutes with the worst hold music .... Go to the Walgreens on Ash they are nice and the lines always quick and I called them after being on hold for 10 minutes with the Walgreens on Memorial drive and they answered right away . I go where the customer service is better. Never going here again read more

The pharmacist was late and everyone seemed disorganized. When waiting to pick-up my meds the workers had a very impatient tone with those at the window. I was told I would need to come back because my prescription was not ready. When I came back my meds we're not ready because they did not put in my insurance properly and would need to come back. Terrible customer service and not timely in getting meds ready. read more

I don't know who Kelly is that works in the pharmacy at Walgreens on Wayne Memorial Drive in Goldsboro but she needs a serious attitude adjustment. Ive never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful. I hate dealing with Walgreens but unfortunately it's the only place that has our prescriptions in stock. I dread having to call every single time it is time to renew because of the dread of having to deal with Kelly. read more

Awful. 45 minute waits at least for any pharmacy service to include scheduled Covid vaccines. I'm not sure if it's understaffing or just lack of competence for whoever is scheduling and coordinating this. Do better Walgreens. read more

Ordered pictures yesterday at 12 pm said they wouldn't be ready until after 9 pm get there around 12:30 the next day and they still are not ready. Said the wait for them would be at least another hour. 3 others that were waiting for pictures from yesterday in front of me. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Very disappointing. Don't waste your time with pictures. read more

Long wait to drop off or pickup..express is a joke because they take everyone regardless...horrible business model..hurry up and wait..inside no quicker than outside read more

After today I'm transferring all my prescriptions. I started to type my story but am going to give the abbreviated version instead, the person who works the pharmacy drive through window at night is rude. They are super slow. Have to wait in the drive through for almost an hour regardless of the day of the week or the time of the day. Would give them zero stars if I could. Yes corporate can call or e-mail me long time customer very disappointed. read more

They are very nice every time I am there. Very friendly and helpful. The prices are a lot better than other Drug Stores. They seem to always have medications in stock. read more

1 star is too many stars for this awful pharmacy. They never have the med you need and if by some chance they do have it in stock, they'll tell you a certain pick up time and guess what....that's right! It isn't ready, it will be in about 30 minutes. Worst Walgreens I've ever had the displeasure of using. read more

Went for a covid booster shot today. Set up appointment 2 days ago online for a 2pm vaccine appointment today. Took about an hour to set two appointments 10 minutes apart, their website sucks. Walked in the door at 1:54 pm today. Spent 15 minutes standing in line before anyone would speak to me. No one was manning the covid vaccination line, they made you go through the pharmacy line. Spent another 10 minutes dicking with paperwork answering questions they should already have in their system. Then another 15 minutes waiting for the guy who actually gives the shots to come out. Took us to a little room, commented "I hope the vaccine is in here, otherwise I don't know where it is." Jesus, they don't even know where their supplies are. Took 30 seconds each for two people to get shots. A third guy came with us but bailed before waiting through all the nonsense. Walked out the door at 2:40pm. When I set the appointment 2 days ago, most of their appointment slots were filled, They appear to have been doing this to customers all day long. Do yourself a favor and get your covid shots at the county health department, it is way easier than dealing with these twits. read more
