Was Disappointed by the False Advertisement of the 20% off for being pre approved for the credit card. The CSR had accidentally scanned One of my items twice, bringing my total to almost $200 instead of the anticipated $150. I understand casual mistakes. When she told me my pre approval was under review, and I wouldn't be getting the 20% off, I asked to speak with a manager. The Manager made an excuse saying it's just the system. Walked into this store with my wife and we were met with lazy Workers that put more effort in giving attitude than being helpful. Another time we had to deal with this place was when we order through curbside and I sat there for over an hour until I got annoyed and walked in the store and again was met with confrontational and rude workers. Almost forgot to mention how lazy they are. It's curbside I shouldn't have to be walking into the store. The store could improve by firing everyone and rehiring better workers and management or another way to improve is firing everyone and closing down the store. Very disappointed with their salon. I have been going to their salon for two years for color and cuts with Carolina. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut with her. The day before I get a call from Carolina asking me if I could go in at that very moment, I obviously couldn't which is why I had booked the appointment for the following day. The day of my daughter's appointment, we showed up right on time and got ignored. No one asked me if I needed help and then when Carolina finally acknowledged us, she asked if we could come back in 10 minutes. I said yes, even though it was an inconvenience to me. When we came back and again, we were ignored and then I noticed that Carolina coloring someone's hair and completely ignored us. We ended up just leaving. It's obvious that a color appointment is worth her time more than a child's hair cut, but I took half the day off from work. There's a reason for booking appointments. I finally found a stylist that I really liked. The last visit, I told her I really wanted to get highlights done. She said she would schedule my next appointment with enough time to get that done. A few weeks later, I got my appointment reminder. When I looked, it was just for a root touch up. I canceled the appointment and rescheduled it for another day with a full highlight service. She was kind enough to leave a voicemail when I couldn't answer, and let me know she wouldn't be able to take me that day because she was off. When I called back, another stylist answered and said she would be able to get me in for the next week. I agreed and was open to coming in at any time. I get a notification later on in the day with a cancelation and they never rescheduled. I went online, hoping I would find another opening with enough time for the highlights service and a haircut. I am a bride and I went in looking for more affordable makeup for MY PERSONAL BUDGET and MY LIFESTYLE and it seems as though that was not good enough for her for whatever reason. All I wanted was a shade match to match my light self tans little better and she asked me what product I was using for the tan because it doesn't look good, and it looks blotchy. She then kept telling me the drugstore brands I was looking at weren't good enough for a wedding day. That she would never wear that on her wedding day, as if I care. And she never even gave me a shade match lol. Me and my friend just figured it out ourselves . Needless to say, that was an awful experience and I won't be going back to that ulta. Why would anyone hire someone with such a disgusting personality? And she even mentioned that wasn't her regular store, and that this Ulta store on rosdale "sucks" compared to wherever else she came from. So she wasn't even a regular employee at that location, and she hated her job and took it out on us for some reason. Yea. Not going back to this Ulta anymore. There was no wait time she got my daughter in law in for her eyebrows with Marilia and she did a fantastic job. Then Destiny did her hair and makeup it looked awesome. My daughter in law was so pleased with everything especially because this was a surprise. Then she wanted a specific eye shadow and the staff member took us over to were it was at so helpful. I just had the craziest experience here. I placed a pick up order last night. I parked for curbside pick up. My order was brought out to me. Bag looked a little roughed up but no biggie. I checked to make sure my stuff was there. Everything looked tossed. Boxes/packages bent and a little beat up but not a big deal as long as my products are fine. The setting spray had a broken cap and spray nozzle. I went in to exchange it. The girl, Maggie grabbed a display can said it's never been used and asked if I wanted that one. Y'all, the can was beat up and scratched and didn't include a cap. I said no thanks, I'd like one with a cap and not used. She asked if I would like her to check the back. Well obviously if you believe there are more back there. This girl really tried to pull one over on me. She comes back with the same display can and a cap that I think she might have taken off of some other random product as the cap didn't fit. She handed it over and walks off. Immediately I knew what she did and I returned the product. Some people don't care about the cap but I do. Nice try though but if you don't have more just say that. Don't try to give customers used products and pretend that they're new. No more curbside pick ups for me. read more

Ulta doesn't want to really fix the issue they fried my hair and only said use the purple shampoo it will do wonders for your hair so being quoted 75.00 paid double and sold product that they said it will get better soon but it started breaking and now won't take ownership of their faulty salon and the only thing they can offer is to try and fix it but the only way to fix it is to cut it like a military cut and I definitely don't want that.
