Everything looked enticing, from the herbal soaks to the massages. I decided on a massage and waited anxiously for my appointment. Tucked away in a place that you could miss if you didn't know to look for it, the simple and luxurious interior was a world away from the busy street that it sits on. I was warmly welcomed when I walked in and quickly slipped off my boots and into some comfy slide sandals. After a quick intake, my masseuse allowed me to slip under the drape onto the toasty table. Sarah triple checked what I was looking for and informed me every time she was going to poke me to inject the Botox. My Botox took effect in 5 days and my fine lines and crease between my eyes is gone! She did such a fantastic job and I am so happy with the results! I hope they can move my lip appointment up ASAP because I am so pleased with my Botox results! Sarah is awesome such a professional and knowledgeable person. I will be seeing her for my next appointment when I am ready for more! Update: I saw Sarah again and we discussed everything again and how I liked my previous results and what else I wanted to target. We came up with a great plan! I wanted my lips more full and asked about fillers. Rather than push it on me Sara recommended a botox lip flip to see if that gave me the desired result with out adding more fillers. We have a follow up appt once my Botox takes effect to determine if I would like a bigger plump with fillers of if the lip flip gave me the look I wanted! I hadn't a had a facial in years, I was looking forward to this. Earlier in the day while grocery shopping, either my wallet was stolen or I misplaced it. I knew that they had this no show policy where they charge you if you don't come. So I called and told them what happened, that I had no way to pay, considering it was Sunday and there weren't any banks open. I was willing to come in and have the facial (I wasn't technically no showing) I just couldn't pay them at that moment. I was stuck, I had no idea what to do. Then they have the audacity to ask if I could borrow the money from someone!!!!!!!!!!!! Um no, I am a grown woman, I'm not going to go ask a family member to loan me money for a facial. The girl says, "ok well I'm going to talk to my manager about the circumstances and I'll get back with you". It is now five days later (no call from anyone) and guess what comes across on my account. A 59.00 charge for no showing. Actually now that I'm sitting here thinking of it, I gave them my card information when I made the appointment so I wouldn't be bothered having to stop at the desk after a relaxing facial. WHY DIDN'T THEY REMIND ME OF THAT , when I was desperately trying to think of how to pay for it. They certainly didn't forget about my card on file when they wanted to charge me 59.00 for not showing up, but didn't even think of it when considering solutions.
