During swim lessons I noticed that a staff member was watching my daughters swim teacher while she was teaching. This made mme extremely uncomfortable as the lesson was going well and everything seemed normal, until this I noticed that we were being intensely watched. The employee went as far as criticizing my daughters teacher in front the both of us, causing extreme discomfort. I left the lesson wondering if I should ever bring my daughter back, which I didn't. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know and I would beware of the staff.

The owners have been in business for decades and have a very extensive resume to boot. They like to give back in a phenomenal way, and often you will find fundraisers and local vendors when you visit for shows. I love coming to shows at McLaughlin and supporting the Loomis Community! A note about parking: It will fill up if you do not arrive early for theatrical productions! There is plenty of street parking on Swetzer Road if this happens.

I spoke to the young lady behind the counter about payment, and she said she would send me an invoice and scheduled our next six lessons. All went well until I walked out the door, got into my car and out runs a woman, yelling, and running to my car about a payment, I was mortified. I've never been chased out to my car before. It made me feel like I was in the wrong like I was trying to scam a free lesson. Who does that?. She said the young lady behind the counter was incorrect and they need to collect payment. So I unloaded my daughter from car in over 100° heat came back in and paid $130 which was payment of the sign up fee and the first two lessons even though we have not had the second lesson yet. I almost just paid for the lesson that day and found another place because of this incident, and how embarrassing it was. I mean, she could've just let it go as a young woman behind the counter made a mistake and sent me the invoice. I'll be back for her next lessons that we have scheduled and I'm hoping it goes better.

Is by far the best company we have worked with. The BCBAs, Social Leaders, program supervisors and therapists are exceptional! They have social groups, which is a plus! They actually follow through with what is being set up, discussed, needs to be done, etc. We feel heard during the parent meetings and valued. The therapists seem well versed and adjust the sessions to the kids needs each day. The BCBA is part of sessions, which we have never seen before unless highly needed or requested. The whole team seems to be educated for the needs of my kids, not a cookie cutter program.

My favorite part about working with Cindy is how she consults with me as a parent. She helps to teach me the ways to help my son so that I can implement it between sessions. Obviously, if I'm implementing things at home with my son it will stick better than if he only gets it once or twice a week. This is a major difference between her model and some other therapists.
