Now I'm getting another bill for $235 for not moving out or calling. They are severely unorganized and I'm suffering for it. I'm refusing to pay for their incompetence. Do not store your property here, they'll lie and charge you more even after you leave.

There were my things and think it was okay. I paid $600 out of $800 and I was working to pay it off completely until I learned and heard that one of my trucks did not even make it though. In fact, it was one of AMj's vehicles, which Shannon blames? Wanted my stuff off, so they're the ones who threw it away. If your unable to pay prior to next 28 day cycle You are required to pay entire amount. If your unable to pay prior to 45 days arrears from the initial month behind they charge another full cycle as punishment. Now your three months in the hole matter of 45 days. I had called and cancelled the storage unit, which they said they would do. I wake up today and notice a 300 dollar bill from them. It has been 2 months since I cancelled . They claim that all the stuff must be taken from the storage although they never said that when I called. There was literally 3 plastic shelves in the unit that cost less than 100 dollars . So all in all decent place but kind of shady people running it.
