I was invited to interview for an HR position. I was greeted from the receptionist, and a gentleman walking by interrupted and said "take a seat in here and someone will be with you." I sat in the ante room for about a minute, then thought I should use the restroom prior to the interview. I am a man of advanced age with an enlarged prostate. I need to relieve myself often. When I came out of the ante room, I saw the gentleman, so I asked him where the restroom was located. The receptionist spoke up and said "we don't have a public restroom here!" I then said "well, I guess we are done!" I left. I could not tell you the names of either parties, as neither one took the time to even introduce themselves. I would not recommend Staffworks for placement. I went professionally dressed for a professional interview about a professional position. I guess the staff is not aware of how first impressions are important to the company's image. I have no idea where the staff relieves themselves during the day and don't want to think about it. Bottom line, I was not "public". I was an invited guest to interview. I was not greeted with the level of customer service that I expected. Good luck! read more
