I finally sold my rental property and closed escrow today, after listing with another realtor for 9…read moremonths with no offer, and got an offer in two weeks after switching to Kristi. While to be fair to the previous realtor, who was diligent and helpful, the listing price now was lower. However, the real difference is not the price, but the fact that: (1) Before taking the listing photos, Kristi proposed the improvements needed to improve the curb appeal, when the previous realtor did not do so after 9 months (2) Kristi set up virtual staging so that the house looked marvelous like a designer house in the listing, instead of a vacant home with huge blank spaces that people didn't know what they're for (3) Kristi promoted the listing through online marketing to generate more buyer interests, when none of the realtors that I've worked with before ever did that. Moreover, from day one Kristi was extremely responsive and always kept me up to date on the process together with the help of her assistant, which was reassuring for a remote seller like myself.
