I was extremely happy with the outcome. I didn't want to pay the additional fee to use my debit card and they were willing to accept a check in the mail. I was grateful for that option and didn't mind waiting for the check to reach the company.

I was also quoted the same fabric I currently had and when they came to install the awnings it was not the fabric I was quoted and paid for, it was a cheaper material. Also, during installation the workers broke the soffit. When they came back the second time with the better material that I was quoted they did a fast installation and didn't even stretch the material out correctly and now if its too windy the awnings will rip. Our landlord hired to do flood clean up and re-finishing of the basement which obviously is not…read moretheir typical area of expertise and I could have done a better job finishing the basement with a blind fold on and a butter knife. First of all the cleaned up mold and sewer back flow up with just bleach and if you do any research online does not kill mold so now everyone in our home is having upper respitory problems. Second there's not one wall of paneling that's up that doesn't have huge gaps and warpage and looks like complete crap let alone there's not one miter of trim that lines up I could have done better with a butter knife like I mentioned. And then to add insult to injury after losing everything we had in the basement they had the balls to steal our fans. And then the icying on the cake for me letting and leaving our dog outside unattended and tearing everything up all day.
