I immediately informed him again, that I was looking for a front entry door. He walked me back to the front and preceded to search for the store catalog. When Bryan found the book he slung it across the table at me. The service was terrible, he repeatedly told me that the door I wanted would cost around $5000 on up. I made him aware that the price didn't matter I was interested in a quality door for my building. The service was just rude and disrespectful. First of all the cleaned up mold and sewer back flow up with just bleach and if you do any research online does not kill mold so now everyone in our home is having upper respitory problems. Second there's not one wall of paneling that's up that doesn't have huge gaps and warpage and looks like complete crap let alone there's not one miter of trim that lines up I could have done better with a butter knife like I mentioned. And then to add insult to injury after losing everything we had in the basement they had the balls to steal our fans. They never came. Never installed or ever returned MY PROPERTY. It's theft! I still have not been able to get into contact with anyone that worked there. She talked to owner and called back. They cannot or will not pick up my awnings before snows. No notice. They just don't care. I'm now stuck in late November looking for a new awning storage company. Kim stated that she is uncomfortable. Perhaps she might want to think about finding a new job as she is not customer service oriented. Anybody know of a good awning storage facility in Chicago?
