They worked hard expecially in the cold weather and were very polite in their demeanor and personalities. Woitek pointed out a defect in one of the windows which had a gouge in the frame of the window probably caused during shipment from the manufacturer to the my home. He took a picture of the gouge and assured me that a new piece would be ordered and replaced as soon as it comes in. They finished installing the trim and caulk and cleaned up nicely after they were done. This was a fine experience and I was in trusted hands with Evergreen!

Alvano even brought a small demo window to show how everything works. That level of effort and attention made a big difference. 2. The Results: I wanted to wait until I'd gone through both summer and winter before posting this review. I can honestly say the windows have performed great--much better than what I had before. My utility bills have gone down, and I'm really satisfied with the quality and comfort they provide. 3. The Price: Evergreen wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive--right in the middle. But I wasn't chasing the lowest bid; I wanted solid windows at a fair price, and that's exactly what I got. Final Thoughts: Big shout-out to Alvano. I had a little bit of sticker shock from the first quote so decided this would be worth getting multiple quotes on. And Home Build was one of them due to their stellar Yelp reviews. I called them and they were able to send Oscar out right away. They told me to save 60 -90 min for the consultation, which seemed like a lot of time considering every other company just needed 5-10 min of my time. However, i was willing to invest the time for the right doors and right price. Oscar and i met for over an hour. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my door options. He brought along a presentation (via his ipad), as well as materials so we got it all done within that hour. The other companies took a lot less, but resulted in a few trips to my house and lots of back and forth via email. I honestly probably prefer the latter since less time all at once. In the end I went with a different company due to price, but thought this company offered a good product at competitive pricing so would be worth looking into them.

The first was that one of our gutters was pitched the wrong way and would hold water. Second there was a boot for our electric that was never secured properly.
