All in all about an hour and a half worth of work and came to the conclusion that the line may be collapsed. I accepted the defeat, hoping it was an easy fix. So with that said I asked what do I owe them for the work they did and it came out to $650. To run a snake up the pipe and utilize the bladder and very little hand digging $650 and the issue was never resolve. And then got offered that they will come out with a mini trackhoe to dig and fix the issue for $1800 pulse cost of materials. I will never again hire a plumber, I might even quit my job as a natural gas pipeliner and start work as a plumber. I feel so cheated out of $650 for nothing really. I Couldn't in my right mind charge somebody full price for that little work and not fixing the issue. Sure make a few bucks coming out to the site and attempting to fix it. But $650???
