He was genuinely interested in what the problem turned out to be, and wanted to know how I fixed it, but I stopped texting back and forth because of the communications breakdown. I'll confirm one of the other 1 star reviews as being 100% accurate. When I initially reached out for an estimate I never got a call back with a quote. I should have taken that as a sign and took my business elsewhere. Kevin May was hired to do a job that he clearly was by NO means qualified to do. He half did the job. So many errors so many imperfections. He tried to get away with not properly doing things then when told about them he had an extremely nasty and unprofessional attitude as though this was a service that he was doing for free. He went to lowes to supposedly purchase materials. Only to later find out that he thought that it was okay to purchase chips, and drinks at my expense. Complete and total ignorance. He left trash outside of my home boxes old cabinets ect. he did not clean up after himself neither did he haul off trash from the poor job that he completed. The job remains to have many errors that he feels like I should be okay with. I attempted to report him to the better business bureau but he's not listed. I can definitely see why. Based on the quality of work or lack thereof its clear that he is by no means licensed. I'm not sure who could have given him five stars and why because he is horrible and lacks professionalism and his work is garbage.
