Luckily, I was jetting northbound on 35 from Kyle to Buda and found the new building without even asking! The address change was smooth even with little Rooster in my arms. I was a loyal customer doing banking with them for 9 years +…read more They decided to all of the sudden disregard the agreements we had set in place for my checking account, and savings account. No one can charge my accounts if the funds are not there ! First I was overdrafted 190 and I was able to get them to make it right I had to pay the additional 40 or so remaining (which I did immediately take care of). Then after that didn't have any issues for a whole MONTH. It went way far downhill in the worst way, and they ended up closing BOTH checking accounts. All because some website (I did not authorize) was able to overdraft 70 or so dollars from ONE of the checking accounts!!!!!!??!?!!?!?!? So I went from one checking account being negative 70, to all three accounts including savings being the SAME amount as the single account overdrafted 70 dollars. Then was not notified by phone or anything just mail that came AFTER MY accounts were closed that they were going to close my accounts. long story short I was only left with my savings account and no checkings account so no debit card usage as of now, and im still negative that same 70 dollars that I will not be paying for obvious reasons.

Chris was super patient with the multiple requests we had, took care of everything and even did a little educational session for our kids on checking and savings accounts, over drafts and how to balance an account (at our request).
