Love going to this gym! Everyone is so nice here and the positivity in this gym. You can tell everyone who goes here is serious about their fitness. I take the conditioning classes and have seen great results! Reach out to the manager Andrew for a great price on membership deals! Also I like the hours of the gym there are certain days this gym is open 24 hours.

I had an amazing experiences thanks to Samantha from the ArmBar. From the moment I sit down, she makes me feel welcomed with her friendly attitude and great conversation. The preworkouts are perfect. You can really tell she love what she does. Thanks Sam

Ask the Community - UFC GYM Rosemead

How much is a fee monthly?

    Is there swimming pool here?

    No swimming pool

    Can I sign-up for a membership if I am under 18?

Yes, with a parent consent form

Why should I come to ufc Rosemead?

Cause they're 24hrs, they have a bunch of classes to choose from, everyone here is motivated and serious about their workout from what I've seen. Plenty of parking and the saunas are clean. They keep the place pretty clean as well.

What are the kids club hours and cost?

How are the MMA classes structured or set up? Do you have a partner to practice with kicks and punches or left alone with the bag? Thanks

No, you can literally walk in without registering. I used to see basic members doing it regularly. Big slap I'm the face for people who went all out and paid top dollar

One month pay how much money?

It depends on what you sign up for. If you want to take the ultimate classes i.e. muay thai, jiu jitsu, fight fit, boxing then you're going to pay 70 bucks a month. If you're only taking regular classes like yoga, zumba, and regular fitness classes… Read more

The most critical issue is that the gym is now completely unable to provide the specific Muay Thai service that I paid for, as this particular coach specialty is no longer available. The gym's inability to continue providing this core, specific Muay Thai service--which was the fundamental basis of my purchase--constitutes a Material Breach of Contract. Um please tell me how this is free. *TLDR: Coaches are supportive. "Nutritionist" sucks and inexperienced. Does not listen. Don't get suckered by Fabian and his false claims. He just wants your money, doesn't care about your fitness goals. He comes at you with an aggressive sales approach and not as a trainer who cares about your goal. I let myself be suckered and sign up (after some negotiations) but I felt pressured as Fabian kept trying to pitch his sale to get me to sign up & I didn't put my foot down hard enough to say "No, I want to continue my 'free' trail and think about it" Prior to this, he was also blowing up my phone with calls and text. I should've taken that as a sign. I signed up for the "free" 6 week transformation that was supposed to include a meal plan and nutritionist and coach to help with "accountability" They provide one meal plan that's supposed to be a one fit all. I didn't like that. I expressed my challenge with food with the nutritionist and she was not helpful. After week two, I didn't bother with her as she wasn't really listening to my issues and needs. Didn't like the caveat of signing up for a membership. Don't see how this program was "free" yet you're stuck to a contract. I found out other members were paying different prices (with the same type of membership). Understable that sign up time was different but those within the same time frame were paying lower or even higher (ridiculous!). I even had issues trying to cancel my membership. Keywords on contract makes a difference. I don't understand why a month notice is required when they charge on a weekly basis. They don't tell you your membership is coming to an end either and try to lock you in longer. Typically you would be able to cancel and finish off the remaining days. They tried to keep me on past my contract date stating I needed to give at least a 30 days notice. Ridiculous. The coaches are nice and do care about your progress. They were really the only thing I liked about this place. They start noticing what you can do to help motivate you. I got plenty of sweat sessions. The class is good for beginners or people who don't want to think about their workout/don't know what to do. However, I left as soon as I could to stop giving Fabian my money. If you want actual personal training, find a personal trainer where you can get a real 1:1 session. Based on the price, it's not worth it. It's way too much when it's not a real personal session.

Bonus points for the squeaky clean transition into the cool down. Spin-Strength-Stretch class with Emily: - this was my first ever life cycle class (Peloton) and I loved every second of it. I highly recommend Wilson for chronic back pain and body imbalances…read more I've had back issues since high school that turned into years of poor posture especially once I started working and sitting even more. My entire right side was off, from my toe, knee, hip, back, even up into my shoulders. I just had no idea what the root cause was or how to fix it. I've seen MANY physical therapists throughout the years, tried acupuncture, and gotten regular massages. Unfortunately none of them provided relief for more than a few days. I also worked with other trainers before, but they trained me in more generic ways and overlooked my imbalances. Sometimes it would make my pain got worse. I moved to this area a few months ago and was referred to Wilson. I immediately felt a HUGE DIFFERENCE just from our discovery session. He picked up on issues in my movement just by watching me do a few exercises. He used the massage gun to loosen muscles I didn't even know were contributing to my pain. He explained exactly tight, what was weak, and how everything connected. He told me I'd feel better within two months... but honestly, I started feeling better within just TWO WEEKS of seeing him twice a week. This is genuinely the best money I've ever spent on my health. I'm definitely stronger, more balanced, and NOT IN CONSTANT PAIN!! I can go on longer hikes and spend more time walking my dog without stopping to massage my back... I can't recommend Wilson enough, especially if you feel like nothing else has worked.

In our personal sessions, she took the time to understand my goals and helped me build strength, consistency, and healthier habits in a way that felt sustainable and encouraging. In group classes, she brings that same energy...warm, inclusive, and always making sure everyone feels seen and supported. I also want to share appreciation for SoFit SoCal.
