Rami is a true professional. Our first time contracting with UCS for a Napa area-SFO transfer. Prompt arrival with a welcoming greeting. Loaded our gear, was very respectful assisting my wife into the higher-than-usual SUV passenger compartment. Sparkling clean interior, chilled Fiji water offered with a tray of mints available. Passenger area climate controls are very responsive. Rami was a smooth, professional road operator. Arrival was a few minutes earlier than we anticipated which we appreciate to extend our Virgin Clubhouse Lounge time prior to departure. We are loyal to our local limo service but if this wasn't a complimentary transfer, I could see us considering a new provider. Overall excellent service read more

The service in the Bay Area, even at 4:00 Am was excellent. The opposite occurred at JFK and in New York and CT. While it was a long drive (3 hrs) to CT, these 2 drivers chose it. And they were reimbursed a lot of $. The first driver seemed ill-constantly coughing, complained re: the drive & amongst other things, demanded a larger tip. The co. Did apologize and sent a different driver for the return to JFK. While he was more apropriate, when he arrived he sat in his car and did not come to get the bags. My son had to bring (the 2 small bags) to the car. At the airport, he said he had 2 hrs until his next pick up and wanted lunch, so he just dropped my bags by the curb and l said but l should get a wheelchair (l am 75 and had a cane with me) he just gestured oh go inside they will help you.. l ended up at the wrong counter. And yes l travel a lot-since l was one. I would not use this extremely expensive co. Again. read more

I frequent livery businesses across the country and UCS is great. I can't believe some people have the audacity to complain about good service and even complimentary vehicle upgrades, its ridiculous. if anything, rear seats in sedans don't recline, they do in SUVs read more

Was picked up right on time, smooth ride, before i knew it i was at the airport. Driver was courteous and friendly. I had a relaxing ride to the airport. :) read more

UCS always takes car of our clients. Staff is always pleasant and professional. Recently they provided airport and event transportation for our clients wedding in Petaluma and everything went great. Drivers were on time and friendly. Ps we love the email updates. read more

I specifically requested a sedan. Half the reason for renting a car in the first place is because sometimes my back acts up horribly and it is extremely helpful for me to know there is a safe place to go to and recline if necessary. All my various confirmation emails had SEDAN on them. So I was deeply disappointed when the driver puller up in an SUV. As inconvenient and disappointing as that was... I was dumbfounded when I later called the company to request a small repayment because they did not provide what I thought I paid for. They told me that I did not in fact have a sedan reserved. This response denied what I had in front of me in black and white. There was absolutely no way the guy was going to concede anything. I was told that I ought not complain because the SUV was an upgrade. I told him that it was not am upgrade to me and that I was confirmed for a sedan. I even told him fifty dollars which was 1/8th of the price I paid would make me happy. His attitude towards me is that he could not have cared less.. read more

We have used this service numerous times from our home in Pacifica to the SF airport and back. We have two young children, so having a car pick us up, load the luggage, unload at the airport is a HUGE help. They are always on time-in fact they usually arrive early, and we depart exactly on time. Great service all the way around. read more

I've been using UCS for 3 years now, and they are amazing!! They never let me down. Wonderful service, very professional, and the cars are always clean and well equipped. I recommend them to everyone for any kind of service, all around the U.S. Thank you UCS! read more

A five star company that understands the luxury industry . I've used them to travel all around the USA and many cities around the World and it's always fantastic. Their rates are reasonable to type of service they provide. I love to always have a true chauffeur driving a new BMW at the airports I travel in. read more

We were blown away by this service. High quality vehicle, great service, showed up early, and drove safe. Cannot recommend enough.

I had over 25 VIP guests coming in and their VIP Manager, Lohan took care of everything! All i had to do was give him a time and a place and they were there on time, no questions asked. I highly recommend UCS Limo & Car Service for all your VIP transportation needs. They definetely know that they are doing. read more

Great service. They send emails the day before to let you know who your limo driver is going to be. When the driver is dispatched, you receive text messages to let you know that they are on their way, that the have picked up the passenger and when they are dropped off at their location. I have always had great service in dealing with ICS Limousine and Car Service for all of my VP's needs. read more

Great company and excellent customer service. I've been using UCS for over 7 years. On several occasions my manager has ended his meetings early (15 minutes) and I've called for an early pick-up only to find out the driver is already waiting. This makes my manager very happy and it makes me look super efficient. I've used UCS in the Bay Area, Los Angeles and Sao Paulo, Brazil. When I need car service for my managers or for myself, this is the first place I call. If you want dependability and professionalism, look no further. read more

I use UCS about 100 times a year and they are always on time and very professional. They are my goto for all car service needs that I plan in advance. I highly recommend UCS. read more

Do yourself a favor, and call a local quality hotel and ask who they use for black car transportation. Furthermore, only use Paypal. After I cancelled my trip (within UCS's window and using their own contact form), they still charged me $90. I strongly discourage anyone from using their service. read more

All I am saying is this. If you want excellent communication, gorgeous cars, safe drivers, smooth rides, and timely arrivals and depart urea, call UCS. I absolutely love this company. I use them all the time for personal and professional purposes, and they never ever disappoint. All the drivers are awesome and Pedro, my driver tonight, was particularly warm and wonderful. This is an excellent car and like service, and I have really high standards! read more

We used UCS for a group event in April and I was absolutely impressed with every aspect of their business. First, it was incredibly easy to reserve a bus (even with fairly short notice). They have many different sizes to fit your needs. The reservation process was so organized and made easy with all documents, contracts, confirmations sent via email very quickly. On the day of our event, I received frequent, friendly updates to inform me of our driver's information and locations, allowing me to completely relax and enjoy the day. Our bus was immaculate, with perfect sound and lighting. Our guests were completely impressed with the quality provided by UCS. Val, Lohan, and their team are true professionals providing a 5 star service in the bay! We look forward to using them again and recommending them to everyone we know for their transportation needs. read more

I love this company! Clean cars, professional drivers and always on time. Would highly recommend this company, they offer services all over the world, makes booking cars extremely easy. read more

I had a reservation with them last week. 1st off this place is falsely advertised it's actually located in San Mateo. Beware this company doesn't take care of the vehicles there's body damage & maintenance problems as a customer I was riding in a SUV that had a check engine light & was making sounds & half the bumper was hanging off & held together by a piece of rope Long story short don't book with this company I'd hate to see a group of people end of like those women a few years back who died because there limo blew up. read more

Fantastic service! Anyone looking for courteous, empathic, professional service, especially after minor medical routines will be VERY well served by United Car Service. I recommend them without hesitation. My wife had eye surgery on Monday. We used their services and my wife couldn't stop talking about how satisfied she was. But that's the ending, you have to hear how we got to have such a good experience. We planned for a friend's son to drive her to the outpatient surgery center and back. Thinking things may change with the ride, I called a couple of car services on Friday. I told Michelle at United Car Service about the reason for the ride. She pleasantly assured me that she'll be able to arrange for the driver to go inside and escort my wife out to the car and make her comfortable through the ride. She gave me a fixed price and said the fee is all inclusive. I didn't book the transport because I was reasonably sure the prearranged ride will be available and I was not certain when the operation would end. Come Monday, the day of operation, the friend's son didn't show-up. My wife drove to the surgicenter and i called United Car Service. Another very pleasant person answered the call, in 2 minutes the pickup was scheduled for 2:30 pm, I knew the name of driver, Lucenda, and had paid the expected fee on credit card. I was advised surgicenters are apprehensive about releasing patients to car services and to please let them know Lucenda is authorized to pickup. At 1 pm, 1.5 hours ahead of schedule, surgicenter called to say surgery went very well and my wife is ready for pick any time. I called the service for earlier pickup. The friendly voice assured me there wont be a problem; after a brief hold, told me driver is at SF airport and will be there in 30 minutes. Lucenda appeared earlier than 1:30, went inside to escort my wife. She is a very private person and isn't easy to satisfy her. She was so impressed with the attentiveness and professionalism she asked me to write this review. These are nearly her words. The driver came inside spoke slowly and in a low voice. He was so careful in approaching me and making sure I feel safe and comfortable. He helped me to the car he had prearranged with the front seat pulled to well forward to give me plenty of leg room; lifted my feet and situated me in the car. all the while speaking encouraging and caring words. Once in the car, he kept very quiet giving me time to rest and drove gently. At home, he escorted me to the door, used my keys to open it; watched me go in and started to leave. I offered him a tip which he refused and said it's all included. Can you imagine! He refused the tip I gladly wanted to give him because of his personal attention, and in addition to what's included in the fee. Fellow Yelpers. My wife wouldn't be happy unless I wrote this long review. She is happy I wrote it. That mean I am happy. United Car Service provided exemplary service, conveniently, at a competitive price when my wife and I needed it. We are familiar with apps like uber, etc. to get quick car service from one place to another in the city. However, when a service is needed from Mountain View to home in San Mateo, it's best for us to have United Car Service stored in contact list of mobile phone. read more

We have used UCS for years to get us to and from the airport, having gotten to them through a referral from a friend, and have never been disappointed. They offer excellent customer service, and always arrive early (which as someone who doesn't like to be rushed can be stressful, but they're always gracious in waiting). We usually have them bring car seats for our kids, which is exceptionally convenient. One time we arrived at the airport with an extra bag that was not intended for our trip and they kept it and brought it back with them when they picked us up. No taxi would have done that! read more

Great service. My ride arrived on time, very curtious and professional driver gave us great tips for us to maximise and enjoy our time in San Francisco. Will always use their service when in the area. read more

Bar none, UCS is the best car service in the Bay Area (and quite possibly Nationwide). My company has been using them for many years and not once have I received any complaints. UCS is always prompt, professional and very reliable. They send updates constantly so that you are kept apprised of the location of the drivers. The drivers are also friendly and professional. The sedans and SUVs are clean - this is a must when you are transporting Company Executives. I'm a loyal fan and will not use another car service. I highly recommend UCS for your transportation needs. read more

Excellent service and really nice bus! We got a bus for a birthday party bus trip to a brewery & winery in Oakland, then back to SF. Best Limo service ever! We take limos whenever we travel. We are used to good limo drivers and limo companies all over the world. UCS in SF made our top 3 list of all time. The pre-planning was simple and complete. Their notifications of the driver being on the way and then when he arrived was special. The driver, Ben, was amazing. He was not only an excellent experienced driver in metro SF but he was also a good conversationalist. Although originally from the Phillipines 30 years ago, he knew as much about current world events as I did. Very polite and respectful. This should be your only limo company in SF. read more

We have tapped UCS Limousine and Car Service for our company's biggest events that happened in Los Angeles and New York. Our biggest events involve transporting hundreds of people to and from various locations, handling top executives on-ground travel needs, etc. There are schedule changes that could happen anytime. But Lohan and UCS Limousine and Car Services and his network of drivers are always on time, always calm, polite, steady, reassuring and cool even if there are many times that they have to navigate through hellish traffic. Their vehicles are very clean and in mint condition, lending excellent representation. They also accommodate extended hours. I will recommend them to anyone, anywhere here in the U.S. Lohan is a genius with schedule and also one of the nicest professionals in the industry. Thumbs way up! read more
