I wasn't sure of him at first because hes very quick and to the point but I asked him to slow down a bit and he was very accommodating. He has never tried to gaslight me or minimize my concerns. Our visit with Dr. Lisa Ereifej (NOT a board-certified endocrinologist, by the way) at Lovelace Asuna and Jefferson was a traumatic experience because she spoke down to us when we asked SIMPLE questions about my sister's care. Although she listened she didn't really hear us - she was only concerned about what she thought, and ignored our concerns and questions. We felt that she didn't have the "heart" to help people but did her work because of money. We sorta felt ripped-off because half way through our appointment she blurted out that she's going to refer us to someone else. We spent a specialist fee to get pushed to someone else. If you want a humane real person to treat you than run far far away from Dr. Lisa Ereifej. Docs like her make the care profession look really really bad. I wish someone had warned me the way I'm about to…read more I am going to try my best to leave my emotions out of this and give a review based on my experience. Also, I am in a moderate amount of pain, my body is producing this, not Dr. Snoy. I do not have faith in Dr. Snoy; his competence, compassion and knowledge are what I am reviewing. I had a procedure that was elective, Dr. Snoy did not apply enough local anesthetic and i felt the first steps of his procedure. His level of basic human compassion is 1-2 out of 10. His low energy demeanor, lack of interest in answering relevant medical questions (related to procedure) and providing adequate info on what to expect overall (overall healing timeline, physical sensation/pain, the fact that i have stitches but didn't know for the first few days) what you are currently feeling (physically). He showed no concern for any of these items and did not answer any direct questions competently and instead made remarks in generality. His level of compassion towards me was non-existent; his level of coherence was so poor that if you asked me under oath if i thought he was high during my interactions with him, I would have to honestly reply, I don't know. The fact that his initial info was wrong, i was told there would be relatively little pain. I've been struggling with pain all week and its taxing to be in a situation where you cannot concentrate because of pain. His general inability to answer a specific questions like what can i expect over the next few days or is swelling normal? His staff are decent people and I have no complaints with them. I'm moving all further inquiries and treatment to my general care practitioner, I do have doubts about Dr. Snoy's ability to have performed my procedure correctly, he broke my trust several times and this procedure was personal to me. I booked my appointment with what i thought was a professional, and left my 7-day follow up with only one thing on my mind, get a 2nd opinion. It's not facing the street the address states. You have to turn in and drive down the narrow alley to the back of the complex to find a separate building. When I tried calling for direction they didn't answer. When I finally got in, the uncaring receptionist was on the phone for 10 min more. Super annoyed.... EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been here for office visits so far, they don't know that I have an appointment. SO annoyed. This is the office that made me wait for 5 MONTHS for the initial visit only to tell me that I should have been able to get seen right in April.. in September... This whole process of me getting to an allergist to get tested and start my shots have been nothing but problems. Today too...they didn't know that I was coming and my shot "concoction" is not ready One good thing I can say is that the doctor is great, knowledgeable and quick to take action to get you well. Okay, two good stuff. She will work with you on the schedule and will see you on the weekends. That is pretty amazing. They've done that for me twice because I have a pretty hectic schedule and wasn't able to come in during business hours. After over 10 years of dealing with severe allergies, she immediately diagnosed me with asthma and started treating me before moving on to the allergy stuff. To her, she said, it should've been obvious that I have asthma. They have a different receptionist now.... Sooooo, in conclusion, my final verdict is 4. Pros: Doc is very knowledgeable and obviously skilled Doc will work with your schedule Even on WEEKENDS!!! This is HUGE She WILL quickly and effectively fix you up. After all, that's the main reason for visiting, right? Cons: Receptionists (all of them I've seen so far) were useless & non courteous. They never get your appointment right Location--it's in the back of the street (on the address). Signage is hard to spot No signs on the outside of the actual building
