Kim was very thorough during my physical and treated me as a patient and not a number. I had a few medical concerns that we addressed together so Kim and I created a game plan to help me with those. She also gave me undivided attention during my appointment. She wasn't in a rush, or make me feel like all of my questions were a burden to her. I'm glad I established myself there. It's also very convenient since I live in Northern Rio Rancho!

I've always had my prescriptions filled for one year for the meds I'm on. When you run out and they can't get you in for 2 weeks, guess what? They still won't fill them. BEWARE

Dr. Kumar is a fantastic primary care provider who always listens to what I have to say and involves me in healthcare decisions. The nurses and registration staff have always been super friendly and helpful to me and check in/check out is usually pretty quick. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. There is a TriCore in the building so if your doctor orders blood work you can just walk down the hall and get it done right away. After check in I usually do end up waiting past my apt time to be seen which can be frustrating but it's a minor inconvenience compared to how smooth the rest of the visit goes.

HOWEVER, I was recommended here by my sister in law, and I've been there a couple of times and they all seemed really nice to me and they've answered me when I call or called back when I leave a voicemail so idk what all those people are talking about, I know that their hours I very inconvenient and these people probably called while they were closed and that's why no one answered but idk I'm not that person ‍. Regardless they all tried to handle my needs as best they can based on what symptoms I explained and expressed concerns about my only problem is with pricing because I don't make a lot of money and have a hard time saving enough money to pay for things like this but that could go for any doctors office. But so far they're not like Presbyterian where your doctor says your bi-yearly check up can be done over the phone, so you do that and pay for it and then in a few months or the next year they want you to come in person or else you're not allowed to have your prescription for your rescue inhaler, as if your asthma having status has changed even though you still need it when you have an asthma attack. They are not an ER so don't expect them to just take you in on the spot without an appointment. They're open 8-5 Monday - Thursday and they're closed for lunch hour (12-1) last I knew of.

No improvement, no follow-up, no concern. I reached out multiple times -- by phone, messages, and even went in person -- and was completely ignored. When I finally showed up to address my concerns, the staff staged a disgusting scene. The receptionist put on a fake crying act while two others came out accusing me of yelling -- even though I was calm and simply asking for answers. It was clearly a setup to distract from the fact that they had no intention of helping or standing by their services. I even recorded the interaction -- that's how insane it got. Rather than offer any kind of refund, explanation, or professionalism, they had the nerve to call the police and warn me not to return -- as if I was the problem for wanting accountability. This place is a complete scam. Unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative. I lost $965.86, got zero results, and was treated like a threat for speaking up. I had heard amazing things about Dr. Zhao, so we drove 14 hours from Northern Utah for a consult. It was one of the best "health" decisions I've made in dealing with an auto-immune disease. This trip was well worth the time and cost for the new direction I have in dealing with Lupus. My daughter has cancer. After surgery and radiation, she decided enough with the poison and cutting. She came with me hoping for some understanding about her situation. She was able to get many of those answers. She is also surprised at the positive energy she has and the hope of gently removing the problem before another organ succumbs. What a blessing finding Dr. Zhao has been for our family. Dr. Zhao was thorough in his explanations and was patient in answering our questions. He did not rush us and he made sure that we had every opportunity to ask those questions.
