I have been working out for years at multiple gyms and NEVER had issues like this. To start - in my signup process, I was upsold for personal training a ridiculous amount of times. I said NO at LEAST 20 times and was firm on that answer, however that seemingly was NOT an option for me. I was criticized for the way I train, my girlfriend was criticized, and berated for how we work out in order to try to sell us training that we were clearly not wanting. After this grueling process, we realized this gym is way too overcrowded, and no matter where you turn, you WILL be recorded by someone. There are so many tripods anywhere you look, in front of the machines, in the walkways, in the free weights, and you cannot escape people recording you from any angle. After I decided I was tired of waiting an hour for a bench press, I decided to cancel my membership. However, the process of cancelling had to drag out at least 30 minutes. The staff dragged their feet, could not figure out their own systems, tried to convince me not to leave, walked away various times in the middle of our conversation to address other guests, and were very unprofessional. I would not recommend this gym to anyone, and will never set foot in a Crunch again from this experience. The only reason this is a 2 star review is because of the unique equipment, but otherwise, I would rate give this place a negative rating if I could.

My sister has the top membership therefore she brought in my other sister as her guest. Unfortunately my sister forgot her ID at home and my other sister was ready to go back home to get it. The guy at the front made a snarly comment suggesting they buy a water bottle if they are going to be walking back home. Then he proceeded to have both of them share a post on Facebook to be let in. My sisters wifi was being slow and when she started typing in the password that she thought the employee had said, he proceeded to question what she was doing and said that next time she needs to ask for the password. Him and one other employee were laughing as he said this and were surprised when she said that next time he should listen (she had already asked for the password). I enjoy working out at this location however I will not tolerate employees being rude to members out of what seems to be boredom. I'm deeply disturbed by the fact that an employee was being very rude and it seems to acceptable to everyone around. Please do better.

I see a bunch of low ratings for this club, and I don't understand why. I was a member of this gym…read morefor years but discontinued my membership during COVID. I spent a lot of money on building out a home gym but eventually became less and less active. I stopped working out all together in 2025 but found inspiration in 2026 to get some help. I got a basic gym membership and elected to do a fitness assessment as part of that. I met with Eric Ingram who heads up their personal training program. The guy was an enigma from the start. I went in expecting him to sell me on the gym, but that's not what happened at all. He was pretty blunt about what works at the club and what doesn't - as well as how I can maximize the effectiveness of my workouts. I will say that I was humbled during the assessment. I sit at a desk all day for my job and didn't realize how atrophied some of my muscles had become. I also didn't realize how complex our muscles are with the different layers that all work together. I hurt more in 25 minutes without using any weights than I did in the 3 weeks prior to my assessment using the different machines available in the club. That being said, I liked the assessment a lot - It helped me know what I need to work on and he recommended a few exercises. I was so impressed that I ponied up for some personal training for a few months to help relearn all that I had forgotten. I highly recommend this club and if you join, you have to do the assessment that comes with the membership. It's eye-opening

Today was my second visit to Body Tech and my rating is really closer to two stars. What I dig…read moreabout this "gym" is that it is family owned and it feels like a neighborhood gym where folks know each other and you feel like you're a part of the local community. On the weeknight I went, they even had children working out (football players and cheerleaders? in separate rooms). Here's my beef, today (Saturday 9 AM), our boot-camp instructor (doesn't work for Body Tech- I think he rents time there to teach his classes) wasn't there. I learned that one of his students, who is training to be a exercise instructor, would take over the class. Okay, no biggie. I showed up for a workout and I got one; it didn't matter to me who taught the class. Because our instructor wasn't there, the teacher from the previous class (before ours) had a key to Body Tech and did not feel comfortable allowing us to stay without an official instructor/key. After multiple texting between several parties, we were permitted to stay and work out. I heard that in the past, this bootcamp class had to do their session outside because there were no staff at the gym. During our work out, two separate people showed up for work outs scheduled with staff from Body Tech. One of those people stayed for 10-15 minutes and then left. The other person waited for about 10 minutes before his trainer showed up. This is my first experience with a gym that is not corporate owned, so this maybe is how it works. I'll skip the Saturday classes and stick with the weeknight workout when I know the doors will be open and instructors are present.

The staff at BodyTech is great! Perfect for all levels of training. Sports specific training like…read moreno where else.
