I feel conflicted about this place. On one hand, i used a groupon for their infrared dry sauna once and it was a great experience. I remember i wrote a lengthy 5 start review on groupon to show my appreciation. Vanessa was great. The sauna was good and there was a CLEAN shower where i didn't see a single hair! Its a huge accomplishment in my opinion. That's just to say how clean everything was starting with the sauna and finishing with towels and the floor. Cleanliness is super important to me. If i spot a hair (and if its there, trust me, i will lol), i will never come back.
If everything sounds so good, why only 3 starts you ask me? Because i can't stand the fact that they dont post prices on their website. If i didn't meet them already through groupon, i would think that this is some shady scam. I met them and it still feels shady to me. I even mentioned it to them and they said they're workong on updating the website. That was a year ago and the website hasn't changed at all. I've been wanting to try their sound therapy and every time i think of booking, i go to their website and get completely turned off by it, and inevitably change my mind. They don't provide any service descriptions nor prices. It just doesn't make sense to me. First of all, why wouldn't you provide descriptions? It's your selling point where you can talk about health benefits of each service. Instead, there are some gibberish names of each service with no explanation and i have to guess what any of that means. However, it's not even the worst part. Most importantly, there are no prices anywhere on the website. It's like a lottery, i guess you find out when you show up there. They have the option to book online and even when you use it and go through the entire process of booking, you still don't get to see how much the selected service is. Despite the fact, that you already picked the service, how many people (it's one or two), and duration (which is one hour). What other information could they possibly beed to decide how much to charge a person? It's like going to a french restaurant and their menu doesn't have prices. If yoh dknt speak french, you dont know what you're ordering and how much its gonna cost you. Would anyone want that experience? I don't think so. I want all information possible to be posted on the website so i can make an informed decision. I don't want to have to call amd ask, its the 21st century for crying out loud. I expect transparency from a business. Them being so shady with prices and information in general, makes them look NOT credible, untrustworthy, and unpredictable. In my opinion, they don't even realize how much business they are losing by choosing this approach. But to each their own. I wish them well nonetheless. Hopefully, one day they will finally update the website and i will be able to come back. read more
