Make sure you have what you asked for before leaving. I asked for the pink pods and juice. In a rush, I threw everything in my purse and left after paying. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I had been given the wrong pods. When I returned to trade them in I was told it is illegal to do so. I had the unopened pods, a receipt, and it was only a week later, well within the 30 day return policy time. I was a regular, I stop there all the time. Not anymore. I'll buy online. uBlaze lost a customer. read more

Stopped in on Wednesday evening to check it out. The gentleman working was very nice and knowledgeable. Didn't try to push anything on us at all and answered all of our questions. He even knew some great history on the building. We stopped in again today to purchase new tanks and some juice. Again the same guy was working. He was super helpful again and we left very happy with our purchases. We will definitely be back. read more

Walked into Vape store, tried to sell 60 mls of juice for $30. When at most it sells for $25. They were less than helpful. Did not suggest you try the flavors. Wanted you to poor out of bottle to sample. Rude and disrespectful. Went promptly online to buy higher quality product for less cost. 300Mls. of Juice for $47. Never again will I try and patronize this store. read more

Buyer Beware!!! This store has a policy that states you must test any disposable device at the counter when you buy it or they will not replace a non-working unit later. SUPRISE. After they have your money, they will not replace a non-working unit even if it fails when first opened right in front of them. I was basically told to get bent. I have done business here for 4 years. I have never returned a product or complained about anything. I feel that I have been a geeo customer. When whoever counts the beans wonders why sales have fallen off a consistent $100.00 a week, ask the bearded moron who was working November 20 2022. I will never do business at this establishment again. read more
