It's beautiful it has an L shaped lake with a fountain multicolored lights at night. There are small shelters for picnicking and there's also a place to go camping and there's also a place to rent an RV lot. It's a very small RV community, which is nice. They also have bingo every Wednesday evening in the American Legion number 23, who owns the RV lot and campground. They do not own Patterson Park picnic in area, but they do own a portion of the lake or you can go fishing off of one of their docs. There are flowers around the lakes, beautiful shade trees, well-kept grass fields a nice little fence around one of the lakes, beautiful trees with flowers. This is all out a nice place. I'm here right now. Actually, I've been living here for about a month and I have nothing to complain about. I wouldn't recommend swimming in the lakes, though, this is FLORIDA, there are a few gators. I've yet to see one.

I found this location on google, it was very easy to locate, it's just a small little shake on the…read moreside of the road in the national Park but that's all it needs to be. The two staff members at the shake were kind, knowledgeable, and moved quickly. I tended a board and my friend had her own and then helped her launch also for that area. The map is well marked as is the launch/return area among the trees, so it is easy to spot from the water. It felt safe, clean and so easy to take part in. The only slight down side is they don't have tap to pay, which feels like could be an easy fix in this day and age. But over all totally recommend this business if you are looking for a fun day on the water in this area!
