On moving day, I was stuck in traffic and took me longer to arrive than expected. I called them to let them know and they informed me that the crew start their clock upon arrival at the destination unfortunately and had to pay extra time, but I understood. Sunday evening, they call me and tell me it won't be delivered until Tuesday. In addition, they give a time window of the entire day. I then have to pay an extra $50 to schedule a morning delivery between 9-12:30, even though it's going to be a day late. I received no alerts, text messages, or phone calls as the scheduled delivery window expired. I call them again and they tell me that the container will be delivered by 4:30. I had movers scheduled for 1:00 to assist with unloading the moving truck and loading the container. I had to pay the movers to sit in their car for the entire time while we waited for the container. Zippy Shell told me there was nothing they could do. I've never had a worse experience with any company. The lack of communication, disorganization, and deceit is absolutely astonishing. They did absolutely nothing to make this right on their end. I'm shocked that anyone can run a business like this.
