Navi really took the time to help me find the lash style that suited me best. Since I wear glasses, I didn't like when my lashes brushed against the lenses. She worked with me to figure out the perfect look--starting with L and M curls in a cat eye shape, and eventually moving to CC curls that gave me a wispier style, made my eyes look bigger, and worked perfectly with glasses. At one point I wanted spikes and she made it happen. Whatever lash style you're hoping for, Navi can create it. Even though one of my eyes tends to lose lashes faster than the other, she always made my lashes look full and even after each refill. What I love most is how gentle she is. I barely feel her removing grown-out lashes, and it never hurts. She's also given me great advice on how to take care of my lashes and recommended a lash serum that actually works. Her lashes last long but with proper care! Navi is also the sweetest lash tech I've ever had. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their clients and has the skill to deliver any lash look you want, I can't recommend Navi enough. Fast forward to a week later, I'm checking in early and getting the tour and find out that not only is the jacuzzi out of service but their sauna is too. Le sigh. I get my massage which was not relaxing (the masseuse was nice but moved really fast the whole time, except on my forearms) Hard to enjoy someone vigorously rubbing your back for 80 mins. No biggie, bc facials are always slow and relaxing and this next part will help calm me down. My esthetician wasn't ready when I got out of the massage (was still setting up) so I grab a snack, go to the restroom and tell my husband to enjoy the hotel pool. He pays and then goes to the pool. Facial time! I get in the chair and a scratchy hair protector was put on me and she proceeds to wash my face and put on a quick enzyme mask. That's the first time she steps out the room. I'm not thinking anything of it. She eventually comes back, wipes off the enzyme, and then proceeds to tell me that her heart rate is raising high and she needs to drop it, and I was like ok no worries. I was another min or two and then ask, hey should I get someone? And she says yes I'm having a medical emergency please grab my manager. So I step off the table naked (hoping no one is looking lol), grab my robe, see her lying on her back on the floor with legs elevated on her stool, then I run into the hall and say hey esthetician name is having a medical emergency and the manager and receptionist rush in. At this point I'm calling it and decide to cut my losses and go to the pool. Get the bikini on and am about to walk to the pool when the manager comes back in to ask if I want to continue the facial! I'm concerned this girl is going to pass out on me while I'm on the table, no thank you. She prob needs to go home! Why are you trying to have her work some more when she literally had a medical emergency, so I decline and ask again "is she actually ok?" Am told yes and then offered spf. At that point I go to the pool which was another horror story for another day. We return maybe 1 hr 45 mins later and are then told we will only get a partial refund bc the service was almost over, which I am not sure if this is accurate bc I was naked on a table with my eyes closed, not staring at my watch. At this point my flabbers are gasted. My bday was lame. I would expect a spa anywhere to offer a refund for a service that was not completed due to not fault of my own and if they really wanted to be nice, provide a credit to come back and actually experience a proper facial and jacuzzi. Or even offer to pay for a drink! Long story short, don't recommend coming here.

I got the Japanese head spa package and my mom got the head spa + facial. This was my first ever spa/massage experience and I felt very comfortable the whole time. Ivy was my tech and she did a great job at making me feel relaxed. My mom had Linh and loved her. She said she could tell Linh knew what she was doing. She confirmed what we wanted and told us to undress. Finally under the covers and she is about to start then says "you know it's $120 right?". I'm like wait. I was told $120 for 2 hours. We're going half hour less, why does this cost the same? And why wait to tell us this when we're half naked under the covers about to start?! I explained that's not what we were told and she proceeded to act like we can't afford the difference. The $20 difference wouldn't have mattered if we were told upfront. I would've understood. Mistakes happen. But don't wait til we're half naked to tell me the issue or act like it's our fault. Normally I would've taken that and said go ahead but the way she talked to me was so demeaning I told her we were out. We walked out and the receptionist asked if we were ok. Umm No. I explained to her and she said well I told you to wait. Ma'am. Your masseuse called us. Maybe if it was a mistake on your guys' part. Start with accountability?? The knee jerk reaction was to blame us when we're only following their employee?? We get massages often and this is the first time I've ever walked out of a massage before it started. There's a certain violation you feel when you're being treated rudely and you're half naked.

I've some head discomfort afterward, so I think this is an area where a little more caution and communication would be helpful. I should have spoken up and asked her to lighten the pressure, but I also think checking in before applying very deep pressure in that area would be helpful. Other than that, I really enjoy this place and would definitely come back. I just hope the therapists can be a little more gentle around the neck and base of the skull.

I chose the cbd. I could tell it helped relax and reduce pain. Queenie is very good as a massage practitioner. What I really like is her communication. She tells you what she's doing and checks in if it hurts. I want to share with those who are not familiar with a deep tissue or even a medium pressure massage (it can hurt) it's not comfortable it's not relaxing. It's done to reduce tightened areas or Knotts in muscles or troubled areas. You will be sore afterward. I slept like a baby! And the next day woke up like my old self. No pain and relaxed muscle areas! I highly recommend.
