I had my truck washed at this wash yesterday 12/7/24 before heading home from running a few errands. When I went out to start my truck this morning and saw my tailgate a swirled, smeared mess, I began to look at the rest of the truck and noticed all the scratches on the side of the bed and fenders off the truck. Aside from the dirty water used to wash the truck. The guy doing the towel dry at the end must of been using the same two wet dirty towels to wipe down all the vehicles. The part I'm furious about is they had a big guy wearing a jacket with metal buttons rubbing his gut and jacket buttons all over the side of my truck attempting to reach the back window. i can deal with a bad wash, shit happens and dirt can be washed off again. Having an employee touching someone's vehicle with no concern or thought about causing permanent damage is unacceptable.

If my car gets dirty on the outside, the next time it rains everything should be fine. I have no need for a fresh from the factory shine. But in this case, it was Mother's Day, and all my better half wanted as a gift was for her car to be cleaned on the inside and out. Part of me wanted to do this myself with the kids. You know, a labor of love. She drives a Mazda 5 with three rows of seats, long floor mats, and lots of nooks and crannies in the cabin. I thought there was no way that any car wash could get the inside as meticulously clean as my spouse would like. A detailing shop maybe. A car wash, no. But still, I also thought that if I brought the car for a wash first, it might make it easier for me to fully clean the car to my wife's demanding specifications. This is what drove me to JJ's in the first place. It's hard to find. At first, I thought the self-serve car wash stalls in the parking lot were part of the operation. But then I drove around and found what I thought might be the entrance to JJ's proper. Turns out, that was the exit. But still, a friendly employee directed me around to the back, where I could enter one of the bays. I told the fellow there that I wanted an inside and outside cleaning. "You want a spray wax too?" he enquired. Sure. Why the heck not. Yes, it took quite a while for the car to be done. I was quoted around 45 minutes and they were pretty close to that. The kids and I hung out on one of the park benches and we made some Mother's Day calls. However, when the car was done, it was immaculate! I was told that the floor mats could really benefit from a shampoo, and was also invited to inspect the car. "If anything doesn't look great, please let me know and we'll take care of it." I appreciated the opportunity for feedback and their earnest efforts to make sure I was pleased with the work. $50 seemed like more than a fair price. Especially because when I brought the car back home to present it as a Mother's Day gift, it was almost perfect as is. My wife's eagle eyes picked up on two very small things she wanted done, but within a few moments I was the hero who got this very dirty, dusty, and dingy car looking great! Thank you JJs! While I may not be the shop's most frequent customer, this is now the one and only place I'll bring my cars to get cleaned!

I shouldn't have to keep adjusting my vehicle back and forth for your broken system to read my windshield. It should never be this difficult. I should be able to pull up and it work every time. Its extremely frustrating and I wish there was a better alternative. I'd have no problem entering my member ID on the screen if it meant getting the gate to open every single time. No customer should have to suffer through this. The quality of the wash itself is decent and the heated dry is a nice touch in the winter time. Overall I will continue to be a customer, but I just hope management fixes the kinks in the RFID system.
