I enjoyed the difference in how one had a soft grip and the other had a firmer grip. I really enjoyed the massage. It was my first time getting acupuncture and I felt the gentleman who did this didn't take time to explain what he did and how it will help me. The experience was painless but an explanation would have definitely been appreciated. Overall great experience.

First time here and had a great body massage (hot stone massage). Highly recommend!…read more My older sister was having a migraine and wanted to get a massage. My husband and I love massages too so we agreed to all get a massage. What are the chances of getting a same day massage for 3 people and it's already almost 7pm? ..Happy Feet did! :) My husband found Happy Feet on Yelp and read the good reviews. He called and was told they have available for 3 people at 7:45pm which was awesome! All 3 of us had a great massage. Personally I liked how my masseuse used a lot of elbow techniques which definitely applied a lot of pressure and I needed that for my stiff/tight muscles. Though my sister had a great massage and it helped with her migraine, she still had it because migraines as you know lingers for a long while. Rose, one of the owners who was checking us out offered a few more minutes of a head massage to my sister to see a smile on her face which of course it did. It was so kind, thoughtful, and sweet of Rose to offer and do so.

I would say the service was rushed and the masseuse tried to sell their other services multiple times despite me telling them that I wasn't interested. Newest review: Phillip no longer works here. I need to find myself a new RMT elsewhere…read more Not a big fan of the RMT, Simon. What should have left me feeling better after a one hour session, left me feeling nothing but "need" for a better massage after. --- early bird special here is a really sweet deal ($39 before 3pm). I felt like the rooms are perfectly fine. I can see why some people think it resembles a hospital room, but I was perfectly fine with it and the songs they played downstairs. I like how the noise level was kept to a minimal and there's the option of a room on the second floor where you can have your massage in the same room with a friend. However, I prefer downstairs over upstairs. It's a lot less quiet upstairs. My masseuse Tracy wasn't too good....in the sense that I hardly felt anything after the massage. However, I wouldn't mind trying a different masseur/ masseuse next time. Luna's not bad as a masseuse. Favourite so far would be Kelly :) (non RMT) And New favourite, but he's an RMT.... Pricier, but well worth it if you're covered :) Phillip's the name. I was 10 minutes late but he was very chill about everything and gave me my full hour of massage therapy. My shoulders feel so much better/ relaxed now. You definitely feel an obvious difference. He also explained a lot of stuff in Chinese to me and showed me some stretches to improve my problem areas. He speaks English rather well, I just prefer using Chinese. On a side note, they have 3 registered RMT's here that work from Monday to Sunday with different availabilities. I suggest you call in to make an appointment beforehand :) I think this place deserves 4.5 stars :)

My colleague suggested the reflexology treatment, it worked really well, my insomnia was cured after just one year. Since then, I am deeply addicted to reflexology. I came to Vancouver just a year ago, tried a few stores, and I'm really satisfied with New Feet. He is very professional (I fell asleep every time Tom does it for me), the practitioners know very well about where and how to apply the pressure to your feet. I strongly recommend this store. I'm confident that you will also be obsessed with this store like me.

Prices are very reasonable, reflecting the fact that it's not a hush-hush super-tranquil atmosphere and the decor is down-to-earth, so I'd use the term no frills; the staff speak mostly Mandarin; so, if those are turn-offs, it's not for you, but if you want top-notch service at a good price, this is a great place.

The people working here were very energetic and had good humor. They talked and laughed with us throughout our time there. Somehow I have managed to get same day appointment here more times than the one at Port Moody. I agree with other yelpers that the staff here are not overly friendly and I am not sure if it is due to language issue? Most can speak basic English but they definitely are more comfortable conversing in Chinese. I usually have the foot reflexology/massage and it's always good. I had the acupressure (body) massage on my last visit and it was good too. I'm so glad they are here as I usually have a foot reflexology when I sprained my ankles. Somehow they know how to massage and re-aligned the ankle. That's me, but it's still best to see a regular doctor first. Now they are passing on the credit card processing fee to customers. I have the vip member card so that doesn't affect me. And I do recommend getting the vip card if you want to get massages regularly. It's like a bank system where you put in money and they give extra 20% or 2 more sessions in it. It gets deducted when you use it for services. I like how they locked in the prices of when you get the card. And there's no expiry date. I got mine end of 2019, covid hit so I didn't go often, and now it's 2023 and I can still use the card. So the prices charged for me was based on 2019. Now the prices have gone up a fair bit so if I top up the card, it will be based on the current price list. One thing to note: they do expect tips in cash. I have seen them asking/telling customers to tip the staff.
