We had an hour to kill before we need to head to the airport. So, hubby drove us to this place unannounced and hope they have two open slots. The guy at the front desk is very nice and polite. We only need to wait for a few minutes as one of the masseuse is finishing up. Hubby got a body massage and I got a foot massage. We both had a relaxing time before flight. Highly recommend. read more

Came here to try their 50 mins foot massage. We got seated right away and gave us blanket & start into the massage. Very good pressure throughout, the lady didn't say much the entire time , just massage. Overall good massage ..wish it was longer. Also they didn't spend a lot of time on the back either compare to other places I've been before, definitely more foot. When time to pay, the front lady just told us the price and we added tip, no funny look or anything which we were really surprised. Some places I read they would give you the look or ask for more tip. So very happy and wouldn't mind coming back for longer massage. read more

This location has good staff, hard to make appointments with the ones you want because of that but having said that. You leave depending on who you choose really relaxed or relatively pain free from what you went in with. Good team here and a new receptionist. read more

One of the best place for relaxation. Very friendly front desk and masseuse. No funny business, prices are straight forward. Must call for appointment, they are pretty busy read more

We have been coming to Big Feet for almost 10 years now and I'm not really sure why I haven't given it a review yet TBH? Basically we love it here. It's super clean and the staff is always friendly. Both the foot and back massages are amazing. The endorphin rush from hitting the acupressure points is life-changing lol. My wife and I always feel rejuvenated after a good big feet session. It's can be a little on the painful side sometimes (it's really not that bad) but well worth it. We have known Joanna the owner from the older location on Number 3rd from ages ago and she opened up her own spot here in Odlin. We highly recommend this location! read more

Hi guys, I'm at big feet as I'm reviewing this place. My masseuse left in the middle to handle other things. Like wtf. I go massage at least twice a week everywhere. Totally unacceptable to go do other things. The first time she stopped to open the door, ok fine that was not long then she asked to stop to do other things and left for a good 8 mins. Came back and started massaging me again but it was very rushed and I'm no longer in a good mood to relax. read more

Great massage and very relaxing! Can't wait to go back. I went with a friend and we got to sit next to each other and talk quietly read more

My boyfriend came to this location today for the first time today and we were both so impressed! Not only was the staff extremely friendly and positive, but our massages were fantastic. They totally knew what they were doing - even better than some RMTs I've seen in the past. Highly recommend!! read more

Love this place! Foot massage hit all the right points, leaving me getting very comfortable and relaxed. Staff was friendly, massage was excellent and location was clean. Felt very comfortable coming here with the COVID measures in place during the pandemic. read more

Happen to be in the area and feeling tired or have aches?! Go to this location and if you don't mind a male masseur and a strong massage with lots kf power, then ask for Powell. I don't usually do reviews on massage places, but I must say he is one of the best I've ever met after going to different big feet location. He has lots of strength and his past background as a Dr. Helps! He knows where to put more pressure on and knows how to massage the muscles in the area right. You should call and make appointment ahead of time though. He is not an RMT or whatsoever, but he is better than most RMT as he knows where his strength needs to be. I had a body massage but if you want reflexology, they provide the service as well. read more

I have gone to multiple big feet locations and this is my favourite place to go. The owner, Joanna is so kind, welcoming and accommodating. The staff here are very knowledgeable and make the experience very nice. I usually go here for reflexology (shoulder + feet massage), acupressure, or lymphatic drainage massage. I always leave feeling way more relaxed. I definitely recommend people try it. It's good to come when your body is tense or sore, or even just for self care and relaxation. read more

The service was okay. Don't forget to wear loose fitting pants because they do not provide their own pants like the other reflexology places do. It was kind of awkward because they gave my friend a blanket and said to take off his pants and put it over himself... this wouldn't really be an issue or be hilarious if we had our own room. But LOL, the massage chairs are RIGHT NEXT TO THE WINDOWS WHERE EVERYONE WALKING OR DRIVING BY CAN SEE YOU. It is not such a relaxing experience knowing that someone can be staring at you from the outside. However, the place seems clean and newly renovated and the music they have on is relaxing. We also booked for two people and they started on my friend way before I did .. Overall.. probably wouldn't come back again unless I'm desperate as there are other better places in Richmond for foot massage. read more

I decided to try out this big feet location through a Groupon. I called in the day of and made an appointment very easily for the afternoon. The lady who answered the phone was polite and spoke English well. The space looks like it was recently renovated. The previous tenant was another massage therapy clinic, but was closed down and operated under a different name. I got a 45mins full body massage. The massage was good, but found the bed and face rest a little uncomfortable for a long massage. Washrooms was clean. Tea and water was available after the massage. read more

Manager is NOT honest. 2weeks ago I did my first treatment with dealuse coupon, it was good. The owner offer me 11 treatment for $400. I told her because I bought the coupon I'll buy the package next time on my visit. So I went today, before my treatment I told the manager that I will buy the vip card, she told me she will give me the same price with 12 x 50 minute body massage, but pay her and get the card on my way out. So after my treatment, she raise up the price , she told me it is $450 with 11 treatments and she give me a coupon to try a mugwort smoke thing. I told her what she said before I start the treatment. And she rewarding it as I buy the foot massage package. Lol. How funny, I don't do foot massage and why I book a full body but she quote me for foot? So, be careful~ read more

This place is amazing. I went for a foot massage and added the shoulder/neck/back option at the beginning - Joanna worked out all my knots - I feel so relaxed! I can't wait to go back! read more

Yaya needed to have her foot massage and we were looking around for Big Feet in Richmond. I knew we would find one and we did. We came in and asked for the service and were happy that they took her because it was a last minute drop in. Best of all they took debit cards and she didn't have to wait! I waited in the waiting room while she had her foot massage session. When she came out she said she was refreshed and felt good. Paid by debit and tipped and that was that. The massage therapist was really nice but felt a bit more experience would help. Of course we were just drop in and they were pretty busy. It was a good start and massage can be a personal thing based on experience and techniques. Even customers have different requirements. You might have to come a few times to find the right massage therapist but when you do find that right person. You'll know and keep coming back. I will have to come back for myself to try the scraping. Big Feet is busy because they offer the right stuff for your health. Does that make sense ? read more

Initial impression is very good. I had pain from Achilles tendon and Sharon did a fantastic job. By the time she was done I could move my leg again with very little pain. I was impressed. Now the flip sides. 1. The treatment is done not in a private room instead facing Cambie road in Richmond where every passer by can see you. If you are okay with that then fine. 2. Very little English spoken. Again enough to get by. 3. The reflexology is $40 tax included for 50 mins. Their package is $450 for 10 sessions with the 11th being free. You do the math. Later I got a call informing me of their mistake. . Overall the treatment though was really good and professional. I will certainly be a regular there. read more

Excellent foot massage with Susan. It was quiet and I was very relaxed. I went on a groupon so it was such a great deal for a 50min foot massage. I will definitely be going back! read more

I would give zero star if possible! Such back service and management. I purchased a coupon from dealuse.com and called in a few days before my attendance to book an appointment. I arrived 10 mins early and got my feet washed and prepared. An couple came shortly after me. I heard the staff calling their boss saying they were two walkins and they need more staff to serve them. After a few calls, the massagist who was helping me said that my appointment was not booked and I have to wait either until their other staff coming after an hour or untill they finish treatment for the couple. They told me the couple were booked! I argued as I did book my appointment and I have other plans after the massage and I was here first and on time, but the staff told me their boss said I need to wait. I was not happy about the answer and said I would like to get refund for such bad service, but the staff said why couldn't I just wait or make another appointment on a different date. How rediculous! I called the boss complaining, but she was in very bad attitude and told me she probably was driving when I called in to book my appointment, and that is why she forgot to book me in. It is a very commen mistake, why couldn't I just understand and forgive! Can't believe how they run business here! And before I could talk anymore, she hang me up! If you do not want to serve coupon purchaser, do NOT sell your coupon there! read more
