This was my first time here and it will definitely be my last. I came in the evening and I got a foot massage. What a waste! I have had so many massages all over the place and this was the worst and I paid to be relaxed but instead left in pain and more frazzled. I needed foot massage because I hurt my foot and also my hip... so I booked the treatment. The guy had me put my feet in and soaked while he did my shoulder massage. Maybe this is the way they do it but he only did shoulder and not back/hip area. He pushed so hard on my shoulders that it put heavy stress on my hip because he basically put his body weight with his elbow into my shoulder. Ahhh the pain... 3 days later I'm still in pain. My feet to feel better though which was the only plus. When he had me do my foot massage I waited to replace then. Normally foot massage give you a blanket but they do not. There was a lady at the reception desk and I kid you not ...the entire time she ate and apple crunching the apple and eating loudly and smacking like a cow while watching her video on the phone! So loud and annoying To top it all off, some other customer came and he wanted foot massage too and they allowed him to talk on his phone while so many people were getting massage - it was so inconsiderate of him and no worker told him to be quiet. Even there are signs to be quiet. He talked on the phone for 20 min! The the owner or maybe head lady named Jassy ( i saw her name tag)came out and she was so loud talking to all the other workers...I don't know what she said but she looked mad and seemed to be complaining to the other workers. Jassy is very experienced and knows what she does. She helped me many times to repair my broken body. No need to be RMT to be able to help people. Chinese technics are better and more helpful then RMT technics + they do massage, instead of speaking about your health. They do not waste time of your session for "professional" estimation, they estimate you right away in silence ones they touch you and do their job right away. Their deep tissue technics are really helpfull, espessially in combination with cupping and gua-sha. And no matter if it hurts during the session -- it DOES HELP. read more

Three stars because we were able to walk in and get service, which was good. But they need to set an ambiance. The massage was awkward. There was no music or dimmed lights. Communication was poor. I don't speak Chinese and their English was hard to understand. My masseuse did not take direction. The massage was too hard. read more

After soaking my feet in scalding hot water for 30 mins, the service consisted of removing my ingrown nail (only on one big toe) and shaving my heels. That's it. Have been coming here for years and just experienced the worst customer service. The girl started with my feet massage but then when the phone rings, she went to pick it up with her oily hands. And when she was done, she attempted to touch my feet with her dirty hands. I had to remind her to wash her hands. Ten minutes later, the phone rang again, but this time she didn't attempt to answer it. Long story short, her co-worker came out from the room and gave her crap for not answering the phone. I can see why many gave the place 1star. Even during the massage the loud Mandarin employees where annoying. The woman who gave me a oil massage tried hard but was lousy and clumsy. I had the worst experience here just now. Please refrain from going. Called in advance, was told I only needed to wait 10 minutes. So I went there with my partner and waited 25 minutes. Looked like they were really short staff on a Friday at 2:00pm. There were only 3 people getting their foot massage. To make things worse noen of them could speak English and I couldn't understand why they kept yelling at me in Chinese. I got seated after 25min and all the staff kept scrambling around and they were at their throats. One masseuse told me to leave because I didn't make an appointment. Turns out, they got me and my partner mixed up with another couple who booked an apt at 2pm. So awkwardly, I got up, and left. I told them this was completely unacceptable and a waste of my time. Definitely the cheapest massage place in vancouver and it opens til 12 at night. So its a great hangout for people that wanna relax at night. read more

Terrible time and I am never going back even if they pay me. I came in for a 50 min massage. I had a sore lower back and hoping that they could fix it. The lady kept using her elbows on my neck and shoulder blades despite me telling her it hurts. Eventually I got up and told her stop. I asked her to massage my lower back instead. At which point she said my back is hard and I need cupping. I said no, maybe next time. After a few minutes of lower back massaging she started doing cupping on my back and shoulders. I guess she didn't understand me or maybe she knew better than I do. The cupping was very unpleasant and at times painful. I walked out of there with a very very sore neck and my lower back was no better. I told the person at the front that I had a very bad massage and the cupping she told.me I needed didn't do anything for me. He just looked at me sheepishly told me $71 and that was it. I seldom leave a bad reciew but this one calls for one. Even if the masseuse unknowingly screwed up the person at the front should have apologized or offer something. To add insult to me when I got out of there the masseuse, who was standing there the whole time said hey! Tip? Really? I told her and the front desk person that I had a terrible massage, got charged for cupping I did not need and I am never going back. read more

This is my go to cheap massage spot. Christine is amazing on the full body. I always get the package also it's buy 10 get 1 free. It's definitely not one of the nicest place and it can often be loud. But if you pop on your headphone and just enjoy the massage it's great. And it won't dent your wallet. For the price at big feet it's like 2 massage somewhere else. I personally like hard style massage also so I prefer these over some spa massages. read more

This is the best place for both foot and body massage. I used to go to another place for body because I preferred a spa setting for that purpose, but the body massage just didn't compare to Big Feet. BF isn't much decor-wise, but they get the job done, it's the place you go to for regular maintenance. I also tried a couple of Chinese massage places in Richmond for body but the people at Big Feet are much better at what they do. read more

I've been going to this location for years and have been treated by many different therapists and its consistently good. I found this place when I lived in the neighborhood 5 years ago. Last year I moved to a different community and have tried the reflexology places in my new neighborhood with seriously lackluster results.
