I like how firm the pressure is and they lighten or go deeper depending on what you need. For a good 1-2 days after my 90-minute massages and 120-minute massage, I was tension and ache-free! I contemplated the monthly membership for a good few months, trying three different massage therapists before I finally committed as a regular. I also like the quality of their massage oils - it's not sticky feeling and smells nice. It absorbs into your skin so you feel fresh and moisturized on top of being a relaxed puddle. It's not your typical "intimate" massage (your clothes stay on, well your socks come off for the foot rubs). I like the place because of the prices. My massage therapist had to bump her prices to about $95 for a 60min massage, here you get a 30min for $25 and a 60 min full body for $55. They don't take insurance, it really is just "to go" type of environment. They don't handle your personal profile (not a therapist), so if you are expecting massage for injury therapy or therapy for back issues this place isn't what you need. However, they do help you relax, they do a great massage. Many people come frequently that they do have a built in clients they know because of the frequency they see them. They also have a punch card and you can get a free massage. It's a great place, but my four stars is for those that may be seeking a more intimate, personal therapy place because this is not it.

I highly recommend him if you're seeking a massage therapist in the Arvada/Golden area. Matt was thorough in analyzing not only my current health status, but also paid close attention to my overall health and activity history. He used this information to plan my treatment, and even advised that we break up my 90-minute session into two 45 minute sessions so that we can begin to properly address some if my issues. He also recommended (and later emailed references for) some great local yoga studios when I indicated I was in the market. This attention to detail and focus on patient well being is what separates the good from the great. The massage itself was firm and therapeutic. I prefer deep tissue-style massages and Matt definitely delivered. It was precisely what needed, and I've noticed immediate improvements in my comfort and range of motion. Don't get me wrong- there was some discomfort when we got to certain trigger points and I had the urge to curse like a sailor. The key, however, is working through these pain points, and we definitely accomplished that. I will most certainly be returning for additional treatments.
