The skin was so inflamed and there are literally tears in her skin in that area. This is nowhere near close to her first time getting this area waxed, so she has experienced what it should be like. Even 5 hours after the procedure she is still in pain and can barely touch the area. The technician went over the same areas over and over and that is a huge no-no regarding waxing.
