They are quick-to-help and to the point, which I like in a business. They also offer 5%, basically a built-in coupon - bonus! They are being COVID safe - you call when you arrive and they tell you on the phone when to enter the shop so there aren't too many people in the building at once. There are hand sanitizer stations all over, and the touchless check-in and check-out is a great feature. I am new to sugaring, but I found that while the process is the same, the pain is much less! I'm still a weenie with pain, but Salma kept me talking to help distract me and it worked! Overall a great experience, would recommend and I'll be back!

My Brazilian was the quickest I've ever received and even better, the least painful! I am so happy that I met Nancy! Call me a Life long customer

I honestly can't recommend her enough. You will not be disappointed.

Now, I'm not a big fan of threading. In fact, this was only my second time having my eyebrows threaded. Hita did a good job and calmly talked me through the threading experience. I can't stand the sound the thread makes when it's ripping your hair from your face. Omg! Anyway, I feel human again. Extra hair is gone.

I also have to mention how wonderful Eva and the entire staff were beyond just my nails. I hadn't eaten lunch and started feeling a little dizzy, and they immediately went out of their way to help - turning the AC down, putting fans on me, moving me to a cooler chair, and offering me a Sprite. It's never fun having something like that happen, especially when you're brand new to a city, but I'm so glad I happened to be at Blossom Nail Studio. They made me feel incredibly taken care of, and I'll definitely be back!
