I purchased 40 units of xeomin, a Botox alternative, via Groupon and I scheduled my appointment on January 5th. At my appointment, there was a miscommunication between the doctor and I about how much was going to be used. Since I had purchased 40 units, I assumed he said "Let's start with 15." But turns out he said 50. He had a slight accent, so I'll take that as my fault for not confirming. But it just seemed obvious that he would have said 15, since I had only purchased 40 units. This misunderstanding cost me an extra $100 upon completion. Something I was not expecting. Anyway, moving on. I have never used xeomin, I've only ever used Botox, but it was explained to me that they are very nearly the same product. Botox lasts roughly 3 months, sometimes longer. It's been just over a month, today is February 9th, and the xeomin is already wearing off. Needless to say, I am less than impressed. By both nirvana and the product they are selling. I will not be returning to this establishment. I don't know if it's the product, if they just don't know how to inject it, or if they dilute it; whichever it is, I am not a satisfied customer. read more

I visited Nirvana Day Spa bc I purchased a Groupon they were offering for Dysport. Before I purchased my Groupon, I had been researching, asking friends their suggestions , and visiting others spas , centers and plastic surgeons in Little Rock that not only do injections but offered other skin , face and body treatments . I finally found the best place in Little Rock !!! I honestly can not say enough wonderful things about Nirvana ! I absolutely love this place , especially Ann Pockrus ! She is the best ! She spent so much time with me , listening to my concerns about my skin and going over with me the different treatments they offer at Nirvana . She was so informative and just precious ! She introduced me to Dr. Salmon and Dr. Abeer Hashmi. They were so friendly and down to earth . (Which usually isn't the case when you are speaking with some drs.) . Actually all the staff that I met were super nice . Oh another reason I think Nirvana is the best place for your skin care needs and other services is after speaking with Ann , I decided to try the xeomin instead of the dysport for my crows feet . I had it done a week ago. Well I called her bc I felt Like I still had a lot of movement . Ann told me to come in and she put a little more in .... free of charge !!! They know people spend a lot of money on "looking your best " and they want you to be happy with yourself and the way you look. They stand behind their products. Thanks Ann for your patience !!! I have only taken advantage of one service at Nirvana, and that is nail services. Their nail tech, Susan Graham, is the best! I have been a client of hers for 15 + years, and the spa is lucky to have her on board. While I have not yet had a massage there, the massage therapist, Kelly, is awesome, too. I have been to her at another salon. I highly recommend both of these services! read more

I went to Nirvana about two weeks ago. I requested to be injected with Restylane. While the staff was nice and helpful making sure i dint feel any pain. The job wasn't good. First the doctor, a male, didn't look at the shape of my face to recommend what would look good on me or wouldn't look good and made suggestions based on that. It gave me the impression that all he cared about was to offer the most expensive procedures just for so you spend more but not because they look good in you face shape. Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. As a consequence I got injected with a whole injection of restylane when I probably only needed half of it and now my face looks fat my cheeks are bloated and my face doesn't have well defined shape. I would definitely have appreciated a more professional opinion customized to each client need, rather than offering products for the sake of making more money. And it was more expensive than other places . I did not like the results and wouldn't go back. read more

I will admit I was skeptical. The place is located in the exact location of a day spa that had a very bad reputation. And, the Groupon I bought was for a massage, mani, & pedi. But these services weren't list on their website. But they did have a YouTube video. After watching the video I decided why not. Kelly & Bella took very good care of me. Kelly, my massage therapist, made it so my shoulder worked again. And Bella taught me what to look for in a nail tech. I'll definitely be back. read more

I bought a laser hair removal package. The awesome girl who was there left, so I was treated by someone else. The previous girl would always shave what hair I had before proceeding with the treatment. This lady, I won't name names, didn't. The previous girl said you're supposed to shave so the laser doesn't just treat the hair that's outgrown, but penetrates to the root. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to come across as telling her how to do her job or come across as rude. I don't know how high the lady had it turned up but it burnt a sore on the side of my lip. After I left, it started bleeding and stabbed over. I wrote a message to the clinic to explain what happened. The lady called in a cream to my pharmacy, then have never heard back on her since. I would have at least figured she would have followed up to see if I was ok. Final note, after 6 sessions my hair is still visible so the treatments didn't work and when I asked about another treatment to have the hair gone I was told no. Wasted money for pain, which hopefully doesn't scar and I still have hair growing in that area. I know she didn't mean to burn me, just disappointed in the aftermath on how it was handled. read more
