DO NOT GO HERE! My visit was rushed and to make matters worse, Dr. Mabry blatantly prescribed me four meds that I was allergic to, one of them causing me severe harm to my body in the form of stroke like symptoms.... even though my chart stated it it AND her medical assistant was staring at my chart and told her several times. Still sent me out of the office with these meds on a Discharge summary. Then called me on the phone on my way to the parking lot to address one of the lesser meds, ignoring the major med. So I walked back inside the clinic, calmly informed her that there was an error and attempted to wait patiently to speak with her. However, she sent out a different nurse to address me & she pulled up the med and stated I was right. This Dr. tried to cause me serious bodily harm and didn't care AT ALL. Felt like I was in a retail store rather than a doctor's office. Dr Mabry asked me where I didn't want to be touched (which I appreciated) and I told her I'd recently had a biopsy and had been diagnosed with breast cancer and she said"Oh,OK, I won't touch you there." No compassion or interest. Would hate to think what I would have been told if I had a skin problem. I couldn't be dragged back there. read more

If you have an actual dermatological need, don't go here. Went in with a skin issue. They wouldn't remove it. They said I would have to come for a second visit (second co-pay) for them to do that. They gave the spot in injection, which ended up making the problem 5x worse. Went back and they still wouldn't do anything. Now I'm sitting in the lobby of an urgent care hoping for someone to actually help. I thoroughly regret going to Pinnacle Dermatology. I'm worse off now than before I went. read more

Dr. Mabry spent 10 min with me. She said the brown spot near my eye could be frozen and left me with her medical assistant to do the treatment. Med Ass't either wasn't paying attention or needs glasses. She didn't freeze the primary spot. I went back to ask Dr. Mabry to look at it. After 2, yes 2 hours she sent another medical assistant to see me. She wasn't overbooked. I heard everyone yukking it up in the back as I left. read more

I paid to have 10 cosmetic lesions removed and all 10 of them were still there after the procedure, so I went back thinking I paid for a service and they would remove them and they tried again and charged me again, so made me pay twice for same procedure. Second time minimal results and they couldn't numb the area well. Then I decided to get BBL laser with three treatments zero results. I've had both procedures previously elsewhere with amazing results, so I know they can work. I personally will never go here for anything cosmetic they charge and I received zero results to show for it and they didn't care. Now I would use Dr Mabry for real dermatology she has done amazing, but cosmetic just took my money and did nothing! read more

I don't know if I've ever been able to say that a physician exceeded my expectations, well I can now. From the moment you enter the door, you are treated as much like a friend as a patient. I called to make an appointment, and I let the receptionist know I wanted to get my covid related hair loss evaluated and discuss a few skin related concerns that I had. The receptionist reccomeded Hailey Arens (PA) because she specializes in hair loss. I arrived early, got checked in for my appointment, and the assistant took me to the exam room where she used a tablet to take three pictures of me holding my hair back from different angles to supposedly document the hair loss. She said she was going to show the pictures to Hailey Arens, and then they would come back to discuss it with me. They returned to the room almost immediately, and Ms. Arens quickly told me I could be seen for either my hair loss OR my skin related concerns, but she wouldn't see me for both during the same appointment. Now, as a healthcare professional myself, I was stunned to have someone tell me they didn't have time for even basic questions and concerns! She basically said I'd have to limit myself to one health concern per appointment, so I told her I'd prefer to discuss the covid related hair loss if I could only choose one. Ms. Arens proceeded to tell me the hair loss probably was due to covid and potentially a vitamin deficiency as well. She handed me a single sheet of paper with some basic information about Telogen Effluvium and suggested some supplements. Nothing about it was discussed in depth and she never once physically examined my scalp or hair for regrowth, or to check for other potential issues. She really wouldn't discuss any other concerns, even though the discussion about hair loss took only a few minutes, if that! She dismissed me and told me where to go to check out and set up another appointment to discuss my skin related concerns. I was astonished! I would NEVER talk to one of my own patients like that or dismiss their health concerns! The entire interaction from the time I checked in to the moment I checked out (with a $50 copay) was less than 15 minutes! That's unacceptable! I wasn't even examined, and I basically felt like cattle being worked through a chute. I can tell it's only about making money at this clinic, and I will no longer be recommending Pinnacle Dermatology to my friends, family, or patients. read more

I've been going to Pinnacle Dermatology since I moved here in mid 2017. Lauren is SPECTACULAR! I do all of my treatments with her. I've purchased several lasers, dermalinfusions, and microneedling packages. She makes me feel comfy, and thoroughly explains each procedure and aftercare information. They have monthly specials that make everything really affordable when you want to give it a try. I honestly wouldn't trust anyone else with my skin! read more

My first time at Pinnacle I was shocked by how rushed their staff seems to be. I could barely get a word in. Lucky that visit they actually treated my problem area. I recently went for another visit and was weary of going back but wanted to give them a second try thinking maybe that was a bad day. Once again, same thing! They want to look at you and for you to shut up, don't ask questions, just blindly follow whatever they say even if you have tried that treatment option and know it didn't work for you. They rush out of the room. I was in the middle of verifying her instructions and she seemed so irritated by that. As I was speaking she would inch closer and closer to the door, she had only been in there for TWO MINUTES, I checked my watch!!! I work in the medical field and I am just shocked by the way they treat their patients. If you want someone to listen to you so that you get the right plan of care, go somewhere else. They gave me all of this medication (that I told them I already tried and made me sick but also didn't work) and she gave it to me again along with a bunch of other things which all together was so expensive and of course....NOTHING worked. Which....how could it, I couldn't even tell her what had been going on and new symptoms. She just wants to get you in and out regardless of if your treatment works or not. Very disappointing, if you want to be rude to me at least take care of my problem area. read more

Opened in July 2016, so still pretty easy to get an appointment without having to wait months for one at UAMS or another, older practice. New building, efficient and friendly front desk staff, caring, professional, empathetic medical staff. I was well taken care of by Dr. Mabry. This practice accepts Medicare and Tricare insurance. I was completely satisfied with everything about my visit, and I have no hesitation about rendering a five-star review and recommendation for anyone needing a dermatologist. read more

Worthless. That's what my experience was!! I went to Dr. Mabry for a simple patch test. I needed to find out if I had developed any new allergies since my previous patch test eight years prior. I tested positive to propylene glycol (very bad allergy). When she finally Waltzed in the room (very late) she had a attitude right off the start. I told her "I needed a to have a patch test." This Doctor responded "you walking in and asking for a patch test, is like walking into a doctors office and asking for a MRI." Needless to say, I walked out of this appointment crying and frustrated. I thought comparing a patch test to a MRI was ludicrous. Fast forward to June 11, 2021. My new awesome dermatologist did a patch test. Turns out I have a 11 new allergies, and 12 if you count my original allergy propylene glycol. I was given a number, and a database www.acdscamp.org. The camp database gives me clean product's that I can safely use. Thank God. I didn't let this worthless Dr. make me lose hope!! read more

Recently took my mother to see Dr. Mabry. Dr. Mabry was very kind and professiona as well as her staff and the office is beautiful. My Mom had a weird lesion on or her ankle. In the interview that is always done prior to the doctor's visit we mentioned my Dad had died recently and just in general that our family has minor skin issues from time to time. Also mentioned my Mom had moved to INDEPENDENT LIVING (not assisted or health care environment). Was told the doctor would come in and examine this area, discuss the itching and do a full body exam for skin cancer since she has never had that exam The doctor came in. Very pleasant - looked at her lesion a little but had read about Mom's move and family history of skin issues. She scraped between my Mom's fingers and told us she had a certain skin problem related being in a nursing home. My Mom lived at her home for 42 years before moving. My mom did not receive a full body review and we were given prescriptions for her condition. Told us to come back in 6 weeks if not better. I spent some time thinking about this and did some research on my own as well as asking other health care providers.....went to the office website and sent an email with my concerns and never got a response. Have since taken my mother to another dermatologist who is treating her for what her real skin issue is. IT IS NOT what Dr. Mabry diagnosed. read more

I am just a regular hard working lady. I had some disturbing recent lesions on my cheek and arm and legs. I live North of Little Rock but there is currently no dermatologist practicing. My PCP referred me to Pinnacle Dermatology. The staff was condescending that I was not familiar with the Promanade on Chenal. I went for a 3:45 appointment and they close at 4:30 and let me know I was the last patient. I was there on time, paid my co-pay and felt so out of place it was ridiculous. The "nurses" never looked me in the eye or seemed concerned about MY concerns. The physician came in and addressed the lesions but said she didn't want to perform a biopsy or offer me cosmetic options. She said they were "not cancerous". Well they bothered me and I was shut down. So itchy bleeding lesions are okay ? I was told that I didn't need to come back annually and she left. The "nurse" said to get dressed and take this form to the check out. I did, placed it on the desk and kept going. She never looked at me. I'm going to have a serious talk with my PCP after this ! read more
