The girl told me since my poly mailers didn't already have the labels on them she couldn't send them out?! When in the past they always just printed out my labels for me and stuck it on the package... since it's a post office. I will never come here again and it's a shame since it's the closest post office to my house and I have to send out stuff very frequently for work.

This is by and far the worst example of customer service I have dealt with in a long time. Several…read moremonths ago I ordered a package that was to be delivered to my home (3 blocks from the post office). It was first sent from Southern Pines to the Aberdeen post office and then back again. After several phone calls(they take the phone off the hook so you can not get through) and a refusal of the office to give my package to someone I sent with identification to pick up the package on my behalf, I took off work early to retrieve my mail. Upon arrival, I was informed that I would have to pay for the package being sent back and forth and never delivered to me. I refused. After escalating the issue with the regional office I was refunded what I had to pay to pick up the box. Today I had a package that was scheduled for delivery. I made sure to leave a note that it be left beside my mailbox on my doorstep as I work over an hour away and am never home during hours they deliver. My request was ignored. I needed the package TODAY which now leaves me with the only option of leaving work early to retrieve the box again. This is the third time this has happened.
