Hoquiam employees are always kind, can hold a conversation make you feel welcomed when you enter the building and while you are there. Employees always have a smile on their face, will answer questions without making you feel stupid... Last year 3 were lost or arrived more than a month late. We have a Comercial neighborhood mail box and one day the mail person left all the doors open with our mail in it. Not only that, he left the master keys laying out also.
