The first woman that did my nails honestly did a horrible job. She rushed the process and the first photo is the result. My nails were crooked and lumpy. But when I went back in, a different lady fixed them. She was very nice and considerate of what I had initially asked for. If it weren't for her, I'd give zero stars if possible. read more

This was the worst pedicure I've ever gotten. Completely disappointed with the way my toes were painted and the effort put into the pedicure. I didn't get asked which pedi I wanted he just went to proceed to the easiest one. Multiple people had to come back and fix the issues. Not only was the polish all over my skin but the massage was less then a minute, I was made bleed, and there is still dead skin all over the bottom of my feet. After seeing many bad reviews I was skeptical about coming here but I was desperate for a gel polish change and I was next door shopping so I decided to stop by and give it a try. I tried to go in with a open mind I'm glad I did because I thought the lady who did my nails did a great job. I am someone who just likes the basic colors, but for someone more adventurous I don't think they would have a great assortment of colors. However, I am very happy with how my gel turned out and she was super nice. I will say that it was a tad expensive just for a gel polish change at $25, but there's very few places to go to in Oxford, MS. read more

Horrible service. Went to get a pedicure and my service was rushed. The lady was too busy trying to attend to another customer. When I spoke with the owner/manager about how my service was rushed, he tried to brush it off saying some people do nails faster than others. I've been to this place before (never been my first pick) and I've never been rushed like that. Will never go back again. If you go get your nails done out of town vs here, you'll see they don't perform the proper technique on your nails anyway. read more

I had one of the WORST experiences at this salon that I've ever had. I told the lady I wanted my nails and toes to match, and they ended up being two completely different colors. When I brought it to her attention, she claimed that they were the same. She was also extremely rude. When I would ask her to fix something, she would practically scoff at me as if I was asking an insanely difficult request. She rushed through my pedicure and I got absolutely no massage. The paint job is not that great either. On top of all of this, I had an appointment and still had to wait. I will not be back! read more

If I could do 0 I would waited for 45 minutes with straight acetone on my nails told them I didn't have time to do the dip like I was supposed to. The lady in a hurry took it off and continued to charge me $10 for a terrible job and made nails different shape. It would have been less if they would've just done it right. Colors are lacking and took four walk ins and had them done before they soaked me off. Absolutely never go here :) read more

I had a fantastic experience here. It was my first time getting my nails done at this location and I thought they did an excellent job. I got a pedicure and a dip manicure, which both look fantastic. This location is very clean and you can tell their equipment is new and up to date. The workers are very friendly and accommodating to your needs. Also, they had a wide variety of dip colors, and other types of polishes, to choose from. I highly recommend this place and plan on coming back! read more

Worst place I HAVE EVER BEEN. They literally tore off all my dip nails. Didn't use a base coat. I had long beautiful nails and now I have nubs. They were so rude and did not take there time. I would rather drive 3 hours to my old nail place than to ever go here again. read more

Overpriced place for very mediocre quality of work. I live in a large metropolitan city and was in town for work. I was shocked to discover that a REGULAR mani/pedi was $48(??!?) I haven't seen a price like that back home or even in the upscale suburbs! The man who did my pedicure did a decent job. But the woman who did my pedicure over filed my nails to the point that the Emory board was skinning the tips of my fingers and I had to pull my hand away to get her to stop since telling her twice didn't make her stop. Then she did the nail polish and left it very streaky and clumpy on my nails. She asked me if I "liked it"?? I politely said " no, it's streaky and may need another coat." She ignored me and took my stuff over the fans to dry my nails there. It's now been two days since my manicure- the polish on ALL of my fingers is peeling and the over filed finger nail has chipped and broken off. TERRIBLE JOB! read more
