I really liked this place. I felt really comfortable and informed on what was going on. They were very commutative about what was going on and very laid back. I am a hard person to please with my nails because I can really only do active length and I want to try different styles like "almond" and "coffin" which I know can be impossible at that length. The guy who did my nails was very informative and let me know it is hard to do with active length but he would do his best. Most salons I have been to rolled their eyes at me or basically told me no. Can't wait to go back with my girlfriends again. read more

My nails always break everywhere else but they have never since coming to US Nails. Will always drive the 25 mins to come here. And very sweet! read more

Since the EXO bar in Edwardsville bought out US nails they have ruined my favorite nail salon. I've been a couple times since they bought them and literally no one can provide a quality mani pedi except Peter who is the only one they kept on as a nail tech. I literally don't trust anyone here to do my nails now. All the people they had except for Peter seem like they didn't even know what a nail file is! They're not providing us with the best nail techs anymore. Other women who had appointments walked out after they had to wait 15 minutes to be seated for their pedicures and then waited another 15 to 20 minutes soaking and still no one had came to them. Last time I went I had to tell the lady that she was hurting me more than once when she was removing and a small ingrown toenail. Every previous nail tech who has had to perform that procedure did it slowly and way less painful. I am extremely disappointed & I'm not sure where to go next as I AM NOT RETURNING HERE . It's sad because they had a lot of regulars-and everyone previous to the EXO takeover could provide quality service. read more

Very reasonably priced and my nails are beautiful!! I wanted to try something new with my nails and Leo offered a bunch of ways to make my nails unique! I will definitely be returning read more

I was going to give this place a try today. They are supposed to open at 9:30. Three guests are waiting outside, 2 of which with 9:30 appointments and no one is there to open still at 9:35. No movement inside at all. read more

My wife convinced me to join her on her visit to U.S nail. and I very glad that I did. As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted right away. Everything was quick and easy. Everyone can speak English, which was nice because we were able to talk and enjoy each other company. They informed us that they changed management so I guess that's why our experiences were so different from others. I had a blast there talking to everyone and joke around. read more

Stopped here to get a fill because the other place I like is 30 minutes from my house. The man that did my fill was excellent and had a very soft touch. This is nice sometimes you'll get someone's that rough and a relaxing experience can turn tense quick. This was not the case here so I decided to stay for a pedi, I'm sure glad I did. The lady who did it took her time and did a fantastic job. I will not only be back but the offer a discount of 10% if you have 4 people in your party sounds like an awesome reason to have a girls day. read more

I think the service got better after they changed the owner. They always try to be friendly and do the job well. I love how the place is always clean, and there was one time a girl dropped the metal thing when she grabbed it to do my pedi and she went to pick a new one right away. read more

Big fan of this nail shop! They are quick, polite and do a great job. Pricing is very good and they offer a lot of services at a range of levels so you can have the experience you're looking for. read more

Will never go back did mani and pedi and have to go to foot dr now because I have ingrown toe nail from her cutting job. Mani was literally 5 mins long she did not even put base coat on my nails no polish at all. It was a joke of a place. read more

Not happy with service... Daughter asked for Mickey Mouse on toes...got a flower. Gentleman that did my pedicure insulted how I keep my nails short. Don't think we will be back. read more

I live in St. Louis, MO and still go out of my way to come to this nail salon because of the quality of their services. I have never been disappointed with any of the techs, and I have probably had about all of them. I have never experienced long waits and once you sit down they are super quick as well. With that being said, I also never feel like the quality of the service is compromised or rushed. My gel nails always last at least 3 weeks and I never have that experience with other salons. Their staff is friendly, the environment is clean, and the prices are fair. Also they have a punch card so after so many visits, you get one free! Which is huge in my opinion for people who go regularly. read more

Been going here for a long time. Went in today for a pedicure and full set. They started my pedicure without asking me which one I wanted and had me done in 13 minutes. Unbelievably the fastest pedicure in world book of record (oh she had another customer waiting for her) needless to say I didn't get the full set. I will never go back. Hope it was worth you losing a long time customer! read more

Very nice nail salon. The pedicure was exceptional and I would come back even though it's 25 minutes away. The staff was friendly and the salon was clean. They had a wonderful setup for their young customers. Our 4 year old loved it! read more

I first came here with a friend while on an interview tripe over a year ago. Since then, friends took me to other salons, and I decided this was the best. Posh is nice, but the owner once got mad bc a fill on one nail done two days prior cracked; rather than just fix it for free, he charged $5 and simply would not speak to me during the time he repaired the nail. He was clearly annoyed. At a salon in O'Fallon, the technician peeled off my gel pedi with tweezers, tearing a toe nail. At US Nails, I've never had any of these problems. Peter typically does my nails and is great at matching polish for nails and toes. He always talks me into a layer of sparkle. :) The lady techs are also great. Everyone is adept at latest trends, and they do powder, gel, and regular polish. Yes, I've had to wait when making an appointment, but that's because the majority of customers I've encountered don't. Because the team wants to make everyone happy, they do what they can to accommodate walk-ins and those with appointments. And they are wonderful with children! The place is clean, friendly, customer-oriented, and the team does great work. I'll never go anywhere else. read more

Us nails is amazing! US nails is by far the best nail salon in the entire St. Louis Edwardsville O'Fallon area. They have always done an outstanding job and have a very friendly staff. Extremely clean and sanitary every time. I am extremely picky and have tried everywhere in the area and I really wish I would've gone to US nails first. They have never disappointed me. My wedding nails looked gorgeous! I go every 2 weeks read more

I was not happy with their cleanliness. I went there to get a manicure. The woman grab utensils out of her drawer which were not sanitized. Who knows how many people she has used those instruments on. Will not go back again. I don't want to get a disease. read more

I stopped here to get an eyebrow and lip wax and had an average experience. The lady who did the waxing was quiet and polite. She didn't shape my eyebrows which is something that I always thought was part of getting your eyebrows done. It was quick and painless and only cost $13. Aside from the missing eyebrow shaping, it wasn't a bad experience, but it wasn't great either. I would come back simply out of convenience, but I wouldn't rate them as a stellar salon. read more

Frustrated... the owner Peter does a fabulous job with mani pedis. This place would earn 5 stars if I were rating solely on quality of the work. However, there are way too many administrative and scheduling issues with this place to get that rating. I have been here 5 times. 3 times were successful in that I left with great mani pedi and an appt that while interrupted frequently was mostly on time. Once I arrived at 11 because that is the time the website indicated the business opens on Sundays. It does not open until noon. Just an FYI. I got the work done at the place down the street. Another time I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment to take my time picking out my polish. Haha! Rush rush... Peter wanted me to start my pedi asap and then wait for my mani because a party was coming in at 10:45. Are you kidding me??? I have plans. No one has time for their scheduled appointment to be paused for someone else's appointment. The owner and employees need to manage the schedule better. Also the ladies tend to run late if you schedule the first appt of the day. So aggravated. I will be going to the place down the street. read more

Love this place! There pedicures are the best around, especially if you get the one that comes with a 10 min hot stone massage! I've had almost all the services there and they are all great, but i get pedicures and a brown wax most frequently and love them! I never go anywhere else! read more

Not happy about this visit. Just left after getting mani/pedis with a friend. She got a deluxe pedi while i just got a regular. They tried to begin a hot stone massage when she didn't choose that package because it was priced higher. Once they "realized" she wasn't paying for the higher cost they stopped and began her deluxe pedi as requested. When we were getting our nails done the male dropped the cuticle removed utensil on the ground, proceeded to pick it up, and began to use it until I requested he sanitize it, considering he's cutting my cuticles. Once finished, he charged me $45 and her $50, which wasn't correct because her pedicure was $15 more than mine. Basically I feel like they were constantly trying to rip us off into paying more when we were on a budget to begin with. It seemed very fishy, and it's very hard to communicate problems with them. So basically I'm saying to be aware of the services they provide and how they charge you. They definitely try to intently up sell, which is fine, but don't change my request and charge me extra because of it. read more

I used to love this place. The prices for pedis have increased a lot and they are so unfriendly anymore. My toe polish looked horrible and I tip well ($12) so there in no reason not to at least make sure it isn't all over my toes. I will not be back! read more

Nearly everything was done wrong. I showed a picture, picked out a color, and asked for matte. My nails were a different color than my toes which had to be fixed. The shape was wrong and they are uneven. When I asked for the mess up to be fixed she kept the paperwork out that she had rushed to get to and quickly redid my nails for the 3rd time. Dust was left from the brush and dried into my nail as well as cotton fuzz from being redone so many times. I was very upset with the overall experience and would not suggest anyone spending money here. read more

I used to be a big fan of this shop up until the last couple of months. The service has seemed to go down. They used to always offer paraffin wax for hands and feet, now I have had to ask for it. One of the technicians is extremely rough and I have had friends make the same complaint. I have had two unusually bad experiences. The first one, the girl accidentally used two different nail polishes on my fingers and toes. There was not a huge difference, so I did not complain but I was surprised that they didn't offer to repaint one or the other. No biggie. The next time, i decided to try gel nails since I was leaving for vacation. For some reason, the gel started peeling off on day two and continued to until my return. As soon as I got in town, I went to the shop and was offered only a refund for the polish. Basically, I paid $45 plus tip to have horrible looking nails (the toe nail polish faded but stayed on) on vacation and was merely offered $13 to satisfy the 10 day guarantee. No apology, no explanation of why it would not stay on as promised, etc. Plus, I was stuck with partial gel nail polish on vacation. When I asked to at least have the remaining gel taken off, I was told that would be an additional $5. There are too many other shops to choose from, I wont go back. read more
