The woman absolutely refused to make it right because we didn't pay extra (for an already over priced item!!!) For a warranty!!! I have done business with you for many years. After waiting several minutes for someone to help us, we decided to leave. But as we made our way out of the store, my friend saw something else she was interested in. She went to the counter to ask an associate about the return policy. A kind young man named Brandon helped us. He seemed to be newer as he needed the managers assistance with the task of providing a gift receipt. I didn't get the managers name but she wasn't friendly. She didn't seem to be having a good day. When Brandon heard me tell my friend that I was ready to head home due to back pain, he apologized to me. Of course, I wasn't upset that he had to get help and it took a bit longer to leave the store. But, he was incredibly sensitive and thoughtful to even think to apologize in response to my comment to my friend.
