I said I would come by before end of the weekend. I arrived today, Sunday and this is where the customer experience went down hill. Alexandria was snotty, curt, and had a know it all demeanor. Very off putting. She explained in almost no helpful detail. They had thrown out the box because it wasn't picked up timely. From that point on when didn't speak to be yet spoke directly to my boyfriend. She was rude. Her reactions to my questions seemed irritating to her. I walked out of the store to let my boyfriend complete the transaction. I will not choose your store again. If a representative does not like her job and it's apparent, you have a problem.

The box is too small to fit original box in, Also enclosed was a notice saying there would be a $50 restocking fee.
