Only half the power was getting to the house. A call to the PUD and very prompt response (and at no cost to me) finally fixed the issue. The lesson? If that first guy doesn't fix it, call another company. Personally, we'll never call Star again.

However It was actually after a couple of weeks when I start seeing the improvements in functionalities of my electrical devices. He was replacing a bathroom fan and when he took the cover off the switch you would not even believe how many wires were crammed in that little box. He kept unfolding them and it looked like spaghetti. Oh my what a mess! He worked on that until he had everything just right which corrected power in the next room that were just dead plugs before. He added venting to the outside for my new bathroom fan that works perfectly! He is amazing! He even tolerated my whining dog! Great local electrician.
