Please forgive me if I misspell his name, but Jerramy and his guys at Harbor Rooter are amazing! We do try to DIY some home projects, but for the big stuff, like plumbing, we turn to the pros. This home is new to us, and as the months went by, small plumbing issues were popping up, then not-so-small issues were. It's always stressful finding a new provider or contractor, especially when you've moved from a much bigger city to a smaller one. We were so fortunate to find Harbor Rooter! I knew they'd be busy and that we aren't the only ones in a very old house with toilet and plumbing trouble! We recently purchased a home in Hoquiam. When we moved in we had a few plumbing issues that I was willing to pay a plumber to do. After weeks of calls unanswered and no shows we decided to fix the few things ourself. Well, about 2 weeks later another issue arouse that we couldn't tackle, so I pulled up plumbers in our area AGAIN and got the same response from local plumbers. In my google search I was desperate to find a plumber I hadn't called and I came across Harbor Rooter. Gave him a call in just a few short hours he was here and tackling the job. He is amazing, friendly, knowledgable, courteous, and reasonably priced.There were a few issues going on behind the wall that we weren't aware of and he rectified those as well on his visit. The reviews of this company are spot on. When I called Jeremy, he picked up on the second ring. He listened to the problem I was describing and he new exactly what the problem. We scheduled the appointment via text, which was great for me because I was at work. The next day he showed on time and was very professional. Before any work was performed, he laid down a bunch of protective sheets on the floor. He got the clog undone, and then showed my wife that everything was draining. She said she wanted to check one thing to see if it was unclogged and he said go ahead and prove me wrong while laughing. Very professional, very comfortable to talk to, listens to you rather than assuming the problem like some other plumbers. I left a rave review the last time I used Harbor Rooter but Jeremy and Bob (I hope I have his name correct) simply outdid themselves yesterday installing my shower. If there were any way I could give them more than 5 stars, I would not hesitate to do so. Efficient to the max; went out of their way to perform work I never expected and did so quickly, cheerfully and efficiently; highly skilled and knowledgeable plumbers and very reasonable price. After getting little or no response from other plumbing establishments over the last couple of weeks I called Harbor Rooter hoping to get something set up for my brothers house... about 3:30 today (the same day I called and left a message) I received a call back saying they could be at my brothers house in 20 minutes... the two of them worked a good couple of hours getting drains running normal... they charged the quoted price and left - all in the same day! They did wear protective clothing covers and plastic throw downs to protect the house. Would use them again if the need arose. read more

Excellent service. My phone call was answered immediately and the work was scheduled for the same day. The job scheduled prior to mine took much longer than anticipated,but I was updated twice on his estimated arrival. He arrived at 7:30 p.m. and completed the job. I suggested that he could do it the following day, but he insisted that he follow through with his promise of completing the job on the date promised. Kitchen a mess with a broken pipe and clogged drain. Called 5 plumbers and this guy showed up in 20 minutes. Didn't even get a coll back from anyone else before he completed the job. My water heater blew out and I serched every plumber in the Aberdeen area. All had a 2 week wait before they could check it out. Jeremy called back and came out the same day. Jerrimy and Zach were able to come the same day I called. They took care of the roots growing into our septic tank through the aggregate lid and also were able to cut out roots from down the pipe that leads to the house. They filled the hole in that they dug, cleaned up, took care of everything. They did a great job and the price was reasonable and worth it. read more
