All my passwords changed and when I contacted Golden 1's live chat, I waited for an hour and a half before someone talked to me!! Told them to take my daughter's account OFF! The answer was, "there's the option to block it so you won't see it". WTF?? Told them "NO! IT NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF"!! So that's their new so called look that's going to make my banking easier!!! By merging my accounts (and my daughter's account that doesn't belong to me) together?
