This location is the one and only location I will always recommend to anybody who is looking for the best, affordable insurance. Not only was I greeted with the best customer service that I have ever received, but I left with insurance that I love! Adela was so wonderful to me, and took her time to ensure that I was going to leave that day with insurance that was fit for me. She was extremely professional and bubbly with a radiant personality. Adela knew what she was doing from the start, and not once hesitated or seemed a little confused. Going in, I was terrified about not knowing terms, phrases, hidden charges, and high insurance. Adela definitely put all of those fears to rest. I have a heavy heart for people who struggle with trying to get insurance when there are people such as Adela at Cost U Less who can help so graciously! She needs a raise!! read more

WOW!!! 11/22/2017 Hi, my name is Lanene and I've had a few policies in my life. But I am soooo impressed with Lucy (Lucia Ferrer)!!! She was/is very upbeat and friendly and was very thorough and knowledgeable in all aspects of getting me signed up for car insurance. I had a stumbling problem with my computer crashing, but she was persevering in making the connections back with me to be able to give me the best deal she could. I have to say that LUCY IS AWESOME!!! It is because of her that I decided to sign up here. So, look no further than Lucy for any of your insurance needs. She did and will go above and beyond for you, just like she did for me. KUDOS LUCY!!! :) read more

This is a wonderful place!! The rates are a little better than average, that is not the reason I choose to do business there. IT'S THE PEOPLE!!!! They are so great. Not only do you get to see Peter Merino and his little boy "Nervous" smile. Peter is a wonderful conversationalist. But Wait, There Is More..... Gricel Morales with her award winning smile. Talk about a SeXY Character, She is that! This woman will have you leaving the store with a whole different attitude. When it's time to leave you will be laughing like a little kid. THAT'S WHAT MAKES THIS PLACE SO GREAT, IT'S THE PEOPLE!!! Chad Briley read more

It sucks that we as Americans need car insurance IN CASE things happen. However, I do apprecitate when I have a vehicle I know exactly where to go. Cost U Less insurance is my place to go. I can go on about their quotes and low rates but I want to recognize a specific person. As soon as you walk into a building of any business you want to feel welcomed. That is exactly what Lucia Ferrer did for every vehicle I have ever owned. Lucia has provided excellent customer service, great communication and understanding, but also one of the friendliest people I have met. That is what you expect when it comes to purchasing anything especially car insurance. Thank you Lucia for helping me make your job so much easier. read more

I have been a cost u less customer since 2013 and the reason is becasue of an amazing broker named Lucia Ferrer. She has been the best customer service experience I've ever had. Not only does she demonstrate excellent customer service but I felt that she treated me like family and worked with my situation and really empathize after sharing that these were hard times for me. Lucia was so wonderful and got me the plan I needed and that worked with my current financial situation. As long as Lucia is working at cost u less I will always be a customer and I'm coming back again this year and I'm looking forward to the appointment I have scheduled with her. read more
