A charge that was not mine and this bank closed my card. Then I ask to have it rushed to me but it was not and now a week later I am still waiting on debit card and my account is overdrawn because I cannot put money in bank as I am working during business hours and atm is only way for me to deposit. Incompetent and they are unwilling to accommodate. read more

I really enjoyed the help and assistance I received at the beach on Herndon and Fowler in Clovis. Their customer service was way better than the help at the branch on Shaw and Fowler. read more

Your drive thru atm is always broken Since this is the only Chase in a 15-20 mile radius I think it needs an upgrade read more

This Chase branch is the most ghetto bank I've been in in years. The "rope line" is straight in, designed to keep everyone in the center of the room. That way if anyone steps out of line it's a visible cue that something is amiss. Minimal decor, few adverts. Extremely not welcoming. They do not want to up sell anything or engage your curiosity to services that Chase offers. The security guard looked unkempt and poorly trained. Felt like a check cashing store in a bad neighborhood. The only redeeming quality were the cashiers. Very pleasant and efficient. I felt bad for them, they deserve better. I'm definitely questioning my continued association with Chase. read more

Tried to open a credit card account with Chase. Worked with Giovanni Salinas, he told me that he gave me his number for his direct line. Every time I called I would get the Chase automated message. Took me 3 weeks to get a hold of someone on the phone, (I am too busy to go into Chase every time I need something). Then when I finally got a hold of Giovanni he told me I should have received emails from chase about opening a credit card account. I never received them. This was a huge headache for no reason. I opened a credit card account with someone else at a different bank and I am very happy with it. I will never use this Chase Bank. read more

Yesterday was my first time going to this location. I have aunts and uncles that live nearby. I thought I'd be kicked out, due to the pandemic, but I realized that no one in Madera wears a mask indoors because of the heat. Plus, I've received my shots in the spring time. read more

Brent mccallough gave me the worst customer experience I've ever experienced in my life. I asked to speak to a manager and he came and started disrespecting me immediately. He told me I was recording his teller when I was record MY cash. I have the video and was willing to show the slow guy it. All I was trying to do was exchange my 20 I deposited that got ripped for another one. He told me I need a receipt. I told him I didn't get one (waste of paper, I know how much I have in my account and didn't think the atm was going to eat half my 20). He started telling me they don't have cameras when I was willing to give them my time I was there to show them. The level of disrespect in terms of things he was saying, tone of voice, and his laugh to make you feel dumb made me to do something I'd prob regret on this low life. This "VP" showed me that chase needs to get their people in check. I'm beyond annoyed. He is the private client specialist, I wouldn't give him a dollar to handle, (I only talk to PC specialist. I hope he gets fired and works at McDonald's to get out in check. I dare him to talk to me like that in public. I'm never cocky but it's still a good feeling knowing he will never be sitting in my seat. Loser read more

I have been a member of this bank for 7 years now and this new location for Madera is much nicer than the other branch that is located downtown. Now with two locations in Madera, both have drive up atm's and walk up atm's. This location usually never has a long line or wait for member services inside. There is complimentary coffee and water. The teller's are safe behind bullet proof glass. There are two exits from this location and one faces the Walmart parking entry/exit and can be a hassle to get out of sometimes. So far I am pleased with my banking here and with the service's offered. read more

Fat bald person (Brent?) sitting in his desk talking on the phone when I approached him. He asked me if he could help me in a tone like "Please don't bother me right now". I was asking about a credit on my Chase/Visa card that was posted and due to me. He got off the phone and asked personal questions about the refund, which is negotiated between the buyer and the business who issued the refund, NOT the bank [Chase]. Very rude. People with the temperament of a car salesman should not be dealing with the public. read more

They lock up an account because of a large wire transfer "on line" that was ok to do via a manger in Merced . After driving to Madera because now the Merced bank was closed we made an appointment and THEN had to be on hold for ANOTHER 30 minutes to talk with a higher authority to "verify" the credentials and "unlock" the account!!!!! WOW, that's how I want to spend part of my day off! read more

Bad sign when you walk in to open a account the lobby is vacant and they tell you it will be a long wait to be helped . Thinking if they don't have adequate staffing may not be the bank for us . read more

Great location. Only bank on the "good" part of town, not to mention pleasant attractive women working there especially the banker.
