Four hours later, I returned to the store to request a refund. However, the owner accused me of using the cables before returning them. Instead of addressing my concerns, he kept changing the subject and made an inappropriate comparison, saying something along the lines of, "If someone tries to return an empty can, that idiot wouldn't know the difference between food and jumper cables."

There aren't as many 7/11 locations in Canada as there should be, which is a shame…read more This 7/11, is great, it has a variety of amenities not available at most other locations including a gas station, many hot food options and even a seating area. The staff is pretty hit or miss though, sometimes you get a friendly local who is happy to help, other times the employees are unable or unwilling to offer any customer service at all. This coupled with the pretty consistently sketchy crowd that seems to loiter outside at all times of the day and night seems to be the main pitfall of this location. I led my car there and came back 55 minutes later and my car was still parked in the same spot I had left it. Nothing had been done to it. I asked why and I was told it must have been overlooked. I was then given two options, wait another 45 minutes to an hour or make another appointment. Keep in mind I have now been waiting over an hour. I asked if I was to make another appointment, could I be guaranteed a time. They said no. Even though an appointment is booked and a time allotment give , neither mean anything to anybody working there. Just don't even bother. Poor customer service, poor attitudes and a big waste of time.
