Milton originally came out to meet us and to provide an estimate, which we greatly appreciated, and it was right on-point at payment time. So important! The packing team was very good; they packed us up quickly and carefully. (While I'm still unpacking, all my breakables are so far in great shape!) They were friendly and professional. The next day, a different team handled the move and these guys worked so so hard! They were also very careful, efficient, and friendly, despite the very steep staircase in our condo. Before providing estimates and scheduling moves, he would request to take a look at the old space and all items to be moved. He was also helpful in suggesting which size unit to rent when I had to put all my furniture in storage. Neither elevators, stairs, traffic nor weather would deter Quick Move. Ivan made sure that everything was transported and delivered with care and intact. Ivan not only handled moves, he had a good eye for furniture placement. When my bedroom set would not fit, he knew which pieces would look beautiful in other areas of my apartment. Before moving/delivery day, I always printed a copy of my home floor plans and designed my furniture layout. Ivan also helped my mom move appliances/furniture to and from her clinic. He even picked up a store order for me instead of my paying for shipping/delivery and figuring out how to carry the heavy purchase upstairs. I had to work, so my son's dad dealt with them. He said they were friendly and tried to be quick. The problem I have is that I had to come back to see that they damaged my grandmother's BRAND NEW bed foundation by clearly dragging it on the ground & they never said a thing. There's no way they didn't know they did this. I spent $200 on it weeks before this move & it was not damaged before they moved it. I'm disappointed & will never use their services or recommend them to anyone. They also lost screws from her bed & screw ends to the brass part of her bed. Again, no word about it before they left. It's bad business to damage property & not take accountability for their actions. Unacceptable!!

What really stood out to me was how thoughtful and proactive they were in ways I never would have anticipated. For example, they intentionally left the mop and broom accessible without us even asking -- and we ended up needing them immediately afterward. They also packed an important document file near the front of the storage unit because they anticipated we might need access to it later, which turned out to be incredibly helpful. These are the kinds of details that show real care and experience. The only minor issue was that the third mover arrived late (9:49 AM), and when asked about it, he stated an earlier arrival time than when he actually showed up. However, management handled it professionally and gave me a discount for the delay, which I appreciated. Overall, that small issue was vastly outweighed by how excellent the service was.
