It is a shame that a person cannot speak with customer service other than sending an online request form. United Propane President, CEO, Board of Directors where are you? Apparently not at United Propane running the company and helping your customers out! Where is your loyalty to the customers, I see that you have a loyal customer of 30 years and I'm sure there are hundreds more. The downside is that they don't always have the most convenient hours for someone with a busy life. They usually have some fun local items, including a pretty good amount of University of Kentucky paraphernalia. An added bonus of this hardware spot is that the Lone Oak area post office is in the store. You can mail packages, buy stamps, that kind of stuff.
