After making a reservation a month in advance at Enterprise, They tell me at the morning I'm supposed to pick up the rental car that I NEED a credit card as they will not accept any other form of payment. My family and I were on a road trip to attend my daughter's National Guard graduation in Missouri when our truck broke down in Mayfield, KY. Seay's was able to get us in a newer, clean vehicle quickly and help us get back on our way. The return trip to South Carolina was a frustrating nightmare too. I attempted to make reservations with another rental company so I could return the vehicle to Seay's and get everyone home. After receiving confirmation and cancellations twice from Enterprise in 48 hours, I contacted Seay's and explained the situation. They gladly extended the rental through Sunday and sent the invoice to my email.
